Lausanne-born, Berlin-based Pyrame is releasing his new EP, 'Electronica Melancholia', as a dedication to his newborn son. A veritable poet at heart, the physicist turned music and film producer creates raw emotion through his melodies and lyrics inspired by his endless exploration of the world around him. The birth of his son marks his newest source of inspiration as he embarks upon the adventure of parenthood. The 6-track EP will be released via Pyrame's own label, Thisbe Recordings which is inspired by Greek Mythology for a touch of surrealism, heritage and fantasy. It features 4 original tracks mixing elements of synth-pop, post-disco and progressive electronica, and 2 remixes for 'Oettam is Born' from Arnaud Rebotini and Iñigo Vontier. Releasing on October 7th, the EP is a heartfelt and dreamy experience that should not be missed!

"Sinchi's vital Altered States collection hits the eighth volume with a broad array of electronic sounds. This collection focuses on unique and upcoming talents from different corners of the world with artwork by Aboriginal artist Wayne Quilliam. Sinchi remains a not-for-profit label that donates all proceeds to their own foundation which supports the preservation of indigenous culture.

Berlin's Tallac brings deep house and emotive synth craft to his music on the likes of Oh! Records, with a new release on Ritmo Fatale in the pipeline. He opens here with 'Dreaming in Dial Up', a synth-laden,
mid-tempo cut with cosmic melodies and 80s-tinged grooves. Tel Aviv's

Roy Heyman is a guitarist who fell in love with synthesisers and electronic rhythm. His grooves come with inflections of acid, vocals and
percussions and reflect the local Tel Aviv night clubs and open-air events he plays. 'Parabéns' brings lush layers of smooth chords next to sunny Spanish vocals and chunky house funk.

Anastasia Zems has upcoming material ready for Les Yeux Orange and Ransom Note as well as Sinchi. She is a St. Petersburg-born songwriter and vocalist who draws on the tribal sounds of rainforests and takes them into busy urban clubs. Her 'I’m Your Queen' features mid-tempo left-field electronics that buzz about the mix in dark fashion next to the alluring and signature vocal refrain.

Cyprus's Structure of Magic is well-versed in classical, music theory, blues and rock. The artist dabbles across a wide spectrum of music genres from synthwave to dark disco and tech house with a not-so-gentle touch of acid and quirky vocals. 'Cyprus Baklava' is a brilliant example of this with its strident kick drums, edgy synth drones and prickly acid that will rip up the dance floor.

A-Tweed X Oltrefuturo are an Italian-based rhythm duo who mess around with synths and schizophrenic samples. After debuting on
Whypeopledance's fundraising VA they have music scheduled on Fauna Reve and Haus Of Beats amongst others. They bring late-night acid to stomping techno drums and shadowy vocals that all add up to an
unsettling vibe on the excellent 'Eunectes Wagler.' Munich-based vagabond

Alemao has travelled throughout Europe so brings many diverse influences to music on Kognitiv, Weirdos and new collaborations
with Rem's Martinez. He closes the package with the elastic rhythms and rubbery bass of 'Alas de Esperanza' complete with menacing yet uplifting arps.

These are high-grade and broadly infused club tracks that bring a wide range of emotions to the dance floor."

"‘Tetra Seeds’ is the newest creation of brothers Andrey and Stas, better known as Radial Gaze. The duo emerges from their hometown's vibrant underground house and disco scene, and have left their mark over time with their experimental and constantly evolving soundscapes. 

The EP opens up powerfully with ‘Black Salto’, a dark and eerie track that steadily builds up into a rhythmic fever dream underlined by urgent synth stabs and driven by a relentless bass as growingly distorted voices blend into one another overhead.  
It is followed by ‘Skidoo Dreams’, with its complex and ominous soundscape reminiscent of the brothers’ theatrical background as the fast-paced drums and dramatic vocal samples unite to evoke somber images. 
The title track ‘Tetra Seeds’ immediately pulls the listener in with its throbbing, moody melody floating above more bubbly notes and a heavy bass that takes the lead. Ethnic instruments and chants in the background transform the track into an electro-infused tribal war song.  [...]


 Label owner and self-described ‘cosmic poet’ Pyrame then adds his trademark storytelling and hypnotic twist to the track with siren-like synths, slowing it down to masterfully bring out its more melodic elements.

While each original track contains a story of its own, together their growing eeriness combines to evoke a dark and mysterious voyage into an unknown world that should not be missed. Tune in for the release on December 16th via Thisbe Recordings. "
