"purl was a pop punk supergroup which existed in 1995 and 1996. it was the bands Julia (santee) and papillon (El Cajon), minus there "lead singers" they played 3 shows. once they found themselves mired int he middle of the infamous major label bidding wars of San Diego in the mid 90s,egos and pressure got to be too much, and the band broke up because creative differences. every one still has black eyes"

hey everyone! And so I ventured yet into another genre, trying something a little harder and more forceful. You know what? That was a hell lot of fun!

I have no idea anymore what genre this is - probably ambient pop/rock with some stoner rock drops - but who knows 

The message of this track doesn't need whispering - it needs screaming.
