Comparing a Behringer HM300 against a Boss HM-2 (Taiwanese model)for the classic 'Sunlight' tone. For the purpose of this demo, I have recorded the same riffs in alternate succession with the Behringer and Boss (the first tone you hear for each riff is the Behringer pedal). In the interests of giving true representation of each tone, I have not recorded any bass on this demo.

Both pedals were recorded directly into a Line 6 UX2 with the same amp emulation (marshall jcm900) dynamic processing (slight noise gate and compression) and EQ (low shelf at 115Hz). No in-DAW eq or processing was used to alter the tones in any way.
