The journey continues for our beloved French inhouse artist, Kubebe. He returns once again to the Fauna Reve pit with "Power Plant", an EP loaded with a bunch of funk, discordant sounds and a bit of reggae vibe.
The swirl of ideas that can lodge in Kubebe's consciousness is immense, from experimental creations created with noise generators, to internal tribal chases or relaxed atmospheres.

Kubebe’s most recent collaboration is with Italian, A-Tweed, in "The Garden" EP. In the past, the Lille-born producer collaborated with Bufi on the "Bufebe" EP. Some of his productions live on labels such as Duro Label, Calypso Records, Feines Tier, Hard Fist Records.
This new sonic odyssey from Kubebe will be available and ready to add to your collection starting September 2.

We here at Discobelle got the scoop on the exclusive premiere of track "Magia" taken from the upcoming @localsuicide And @cursesforever EP, which will be out tomorrow Friday March 22nd (500 hand stamped 12" vinyl only) via UK label @justtusk.

Tusk Wax 28 is a collaboration between NYC born, Berlin-based artist Curses and the otherworldly "techno-disco" Greek-German outfit Local Suicide. The pairing seems like a match made in heaven, especially seeing as both artists are known for exploring the darker side of dance music.

"Magia" kicks off the release and it's a steadfast and seductive piece of slo-mo disco with spaced out synths and eerie vocals that wouldn't be out of place in an 80's horror movie.

When it comes to Nu Disco, there is absolutely no doubt Spa In Disco is considered one of the most notable labels of the European scene. Now, the same competence big boss Fran Deeper (SXDNS189) has always used to curate his respected imprint will be put to good use in his new project: Boite Music aims to pursue a different sonority, influenced by the dark side of different kinds of electronic music, from peak time Indie Dance to obscure Synthwave or slow and deep Balearic chuggers. A fresh, serious, and modern approach to the club heart: The dance floor.

For the third release of the newcomer, Fran gathered an interesting line-up of artists: AINZ, Juan Soto, Tony Disco (SXDNS111), G. Zamora, and Lafrench Toast. We chose the latter’s contribution to review and couldn’t be any happier. The Colombian DJ and producer brought his House, Nu Disco, Alternative Rock, New Wave, Synthpop, and Techno influences together and delivered a hell of a track to the compilation. “Cosmic Arena” is groovy and dark, intense and melodic, energetic and trippy... In sum, it accomplishes the mission of a great tune: It triggers (good) emotions, sensations, and impressions. Too bad it cannot be played out loud in a packed club at the moment, but do yourself a favour and keep it in your repertoire until you have the opportunity. You will not regret it!
