The notes with a 3 above are rather slurred together here.  I don't think I've heard this tune to a psalm before, but surely it should have a clear swinging rhythm "Dah dadada dah dah" - compare http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAHF3DUiBU8 or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5LwadT6Ucc

You can sing this tune to any long meter psalm, I think.  (Like Psalm 100) (:
