An old Bluesy song I wrote and recorded back in the early 2000s. Rough as fuck, but I like it. It's one of the first successful recordings I ever made. I play all the instruments, but I didn't have a bass guitar at the time, so I played the bass line on an accoustic guitar are toned it down an octive in post. Worked.

Need a Little Fire (reworked a little)

The Last Star of the Morning is a song about loss, and the end of things. It's a lament to lost relationships, roads not taken. It's a song of regret.

I performed this song for the first time at the Jailbreak Sessions in the Patriots Inn, Kilmainham in Dublin, a monthly event I help to organize and sometimes even perform at.

For fun I added the backing vocals later.

The Jack of Diamonds is a song about love, lust, betrayal and obsession. There's something in there for everybody.

Performing with me here is Alan Morton on Guitar and backing vocals.

This was recorded at the Jailbreak Sessions an Open Mic night that I help organize once a month in the Patriots Inn in Kimainham Dublin 8. 

It's important to note, that Alan and I look nothing like Tenacious D. :)

This song I wrote a couple of weeks ago after watching Crazy Heart, starring Jeff Bridges. An awesome movie and a stunning performance by Bridges. Within about 5 minutes of the end of the film I have a rough version of this song down. I've refined it a little since then, added more verses, discarded verses, changed the key and generally dicked around with it. So here's a rough demo, excuse the recording quality, I recorded and mixed this in about 45 minutes so it's a bit crap.
