The Prayers of The Headwaters depicts the moments of introspection we are forced to take when faced with the immense majesty of nature. The music works its way through acts of reminiscence, wistfulness and at times regret. The layering of emotions and memories echoed by the moving waters below. This composition was written at Bruar Falls in Scotland.  

The work is arranged for chamber orchestra, performed by a pickup orchestra organised by Dr. Thomas Butler.
