Believe it or not...everything we do is a risk. The thing is, that most of the risks that we take on a daily basis, are calculated - meaning that we are aware of what is involved and we are confident of our abilities to handle the tasks and any associated risks related to the tasks. Whether it's cooking, driving, drinking from a public water fountain, walking down the street, bike riding, or any other activity - there are risks involved.  When it comes to our careers and goals in life, we have the ability to minimize risk. In order to minimize risk, we must turn the risk into a "calculated" risk rather than a blind risk. Being aware of the type of risk that we are stepping out on is extremely key to our probability of success in whatever the venture or task is that you are taking on.
