There are many reasons I don't put out a lot of music. The biggest reasons are a lack of self confidence and perfectionism. I play this song every time I sit down to play the piano. I've probably played it through in every major key, and even after all that I still didn't feel confident in my own abilities to play it.

The reason I have (One Take) in the title is because each track of the song was recorded in one take. No editing. No re-dos. One and done. I know I messed up, and there are some glaring imperfections that would have stopped me from putting out this 100,000,000th cover of Leonard Cohen's classic song. To quote Michael Scott, ""You miss 100% of the shots you don't take." -Wayne Gretzky".
