"Funkadelic" is a testament to the cross-pollination of genres that defined the UK rave scene in the mid 90s. With its funky rhythms, sampled loops, and nods to the golden age of hip hop, the track is a celebration of the genre’s roots, while seamlessly integrating the energy and spirit of jungle and DnB. It’s a track that speaks to both the head-nodding hip hop aficionados and the relentless ravers who’ve kept the jungle scene alive for decades.
