Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. They could be considered as a very focused form of prayer, though they are not made to some unknown deity spoken about in some religious text. These are declarations or prayers to Universal Intelligence of which you are part. They are made to God/Goddess All That is, your Teams in Spirit including your OverSoul, Higher Self and all helpful Archangels and beings of light.

This decree is designed to clear all negative agreements, programming, cording and all forms of toxic interference within the Earthstar chakra (beneath the feet) and the root chakra (base of spine). Promoting a greater sense of personal wellbeing, vitality, self-care and healthy energetic boundaries.

Higher Light Decree: Clearing/Upgrading the Earth-Star and Root Chakras

Starseeds are often very empathic and sensitive souls, and can absorb energies and influences from this 3D world that potentially manifest in pain in the physical body. This Transmission has been crafted by Steve Nobel & Liz Findlay to help release the energetic factors at play that impact upon or amplify the body’s experience of pain.

This transmission focuses on a specific area of priority. We then invoke your Body Consciousness to release all energy there that does not belong to you, releasing programmes and blocks related to pain and suffering from your bloodlines/ancestral lines, as well as from this lifetime. All perceived benefits to creating pain and suffering are then cleared.

We invoke the vibrations of a specific Solfeggio Frequency that has been linked to pain reduction. That frequency is also infused in the background music track by Katie Jane of VibroSound Healing. Activating Planetary and Galactic Assistance, we infuse the area of pain with the energetic vibrations of relevant essences and remedies, while also bringing healing vibrations to your central nervous system. Pain Relief Transmission

This transmission, the second of two, is designed to clear all dark 4D Lunar Alchemy and Dark Magick that is lodged in your system from the heart upwards. The source of this dark magick may originate in this lifetime, you’re your ancestral lines and from other lifetimes.

Working with the moon for magical purposes has been common in many cultures for thousands of years. The moon is certainly powerful since it is the closest object to the earth. Many admire the beauty of the moon, however that beauty is merely reflecting the beauty and light of the sun that is connected to the Higher Intelligence of this Universe. 

Lunar magick has been used in spell work and magical rituals for thousands of years. Practitioners of lunar magick use the changing phases of the moon, from waxing to full to waning, for a variety of healing, manifestation and unfortunately also darker purposes. Even a positive intention such as a love spell can work to limit the sender and receiver of the spell. 

There is the common idea that the moon is a neutral energy and therefore can be used for both good and evil purposes. This is not entirely correct since the moon is not a natural body. I do not feel there is any innate consciousness within the moon that can be connected to. In other words, it could be considered to be spiritually empty. However, there are many lower astral beings connected to the moon, and these are not safe for Starseeds to work with. 

The safest way to work energetically is to call upon the Solar-Gaia circuit, this is a channel of light that runs through the physical body and connects us from the base chakra down to the crystalline core of the earth and from the crown chakra up to the crystalline core of the sun.
