This is a 5 minute clearing / closing session for Healers after giving a healing session. This is both a guided meditation and intentional commands to invoke clearing and detachment. For many healers we often find it easy to give to others' needs yet may not take care of our own as equally :) You may have your own practice already - this session is really given so you can receive as well post-session, honouring what you have given, cleansing anything taken on, releasing personal doubts (which is natural) as well as reconnecting to the wisdom & love of Service.

This is best listened to post-giving a healing session, although can be listened to at any point to detach and re-center as a Healer. I’ll be creating more for Healers in this area.

**Please note** In this track will be presenting three exercises to help you connect with the Nature Kingdom. 

"Today I want to share some ideas on the Nature Kingdom which includes Angels, Fairies and Elementals. As we will see, nature is very much alive and we could call the alive and conscious kingdom of nature the Devic Kingdom. Also, our physical bodies are part of the Devic Kingdom. I will explain more about all of this shortly.....  

From rock to human and beyond, for each level of being, there’s a level of Devic consciousness operating. From the tiniest atom or cell within a lifeform, these basic building blocks of physical life join together in greater and greater combinations, forming more complex forms. As these complex forms evolve, higher levels of Devic intelligence operate to oversee the overall function of that form, for example a flower, plant or a tree. The beings working at the smallest level we could call elementals and those at higher levels we could call Fairies or Nature Spirits. Of course the names we give these beings are not so important what is important is the understanding that these beings work at different levels. At the higher levels Devic beings work with Angelic architects of form who are responsible for the evolution of matter making small adjustments to forms to optimise their ability to grow and thrive in the environment they exist in. For instance, elemental beings of light can be found working within the various parts of an individual oak tree and at higher levels the nature spirits guide this work. At higher levels the Angel Architect working with the whole species of oak directs the evolution of the oak tree."

Ascension News: Angels, Fairies and Elementals.

As we move out of the Piscean Age into the Aquarian Age of Light it is time to release any limitations in your consciousness connected to outgoing Piscean structures particularly religious, political and financial. 

In this transmission we release an image that represents religious power. For instance that could be the image of Christ on the Cross. Releasing that image to burn in ultraviolet fire. Release all energies and programming associated with that image. Feel yourself connected to the Cosmic Christ Grid. Open to new forms of spiritual power that are in service to the New Age of Light. 

In this transmission we then bring to mind the centre of political power in your country. Call to mind the building/place connected with that 3D political power. Call in ultraviolet fire into the fabric of that building, releasing all old energies including programs of the corrupt use of power. These energies do not belong in the Aquarian Age of Light. Call in Metatron and Sandalphon to that space to the higher grids of light. Reconnecting that space with the new energies to whatever extent that is possible and useful. Open to new forms of political power that are in service to the New Age of Light.

Feel yourself connected to new forms of power that nourish the soul and cherish the earth and all human communities. The Aquarian Age of Light is upon us. It is time now to release old structures that have held humanity in slavery for thousands of years.

In this meditation we meet, communicate and work with the Body Elemental to release any aspects that need to return to the Crystalline Grid of the Earth. We also invite new elemental energies that are more in line with your ascension path of light. We clear any agreements or promises made with the bloodlines or from other lifetimes that is interfering with the functioning of the Body Elemental. We then unify the Younger Self with the Conscious Self. We then unify the Conscious Self with the Higher Self thus unifying all Three Selves.

Body Elemental Meditation: Connecting Younger Self and Higher Self.

This meditation uses different angelic/colour frequencies, especially ultra-violet fire, to clear and protect areas in the head (mouth, nose and eyes) where the virus can enter. Also, this meditation clears and then protects the throat and lungs. Then a gold light frequency is used to raise the vibration of all areas said to be vulnerable to this virus and then the whole body.

The virus is said to enter the body through the nose, mouth or eyes. The viral particles travel quickly to the nasal passages and then to the mucous membranes in the back of your throat, attaching to a particular receptor in the cells, beginning there. As the virus multiplies it affects the back of the throat and from there enters the bronchial tubes inflaming their mucous membranes. This impacts the ability of the lungs to supply oxygen to the blood.

When you have some kind of attachment to another person or issue with that person an energetic cord can form between you.

Energy cords can connect you to anyone including: family members, lovers, exes, friends, and coworkers. They can be expecially potent when there is a sexual connection or a strong projection of negative energy. We can have cords connecting us to groups such as a corporation, a legal or financial system, a church or spiritual group. 
 
Such energy cords are important to release since they can hold a negative energy or allow myou to continue picking up a negative transmission from this person or group.
