Ascension News: The Great Twin Flame Delusion.

"There are new game rules emerging in this ascending world. Not everyone is aware of these new game rules, actually the majority of the natives of this planet are completely unaware of them. If you told a native of this planet about these new rules they may think you have taken leave of your senses. These game rules allow for a more joyful and freeing experience on the planet. Yet, there are structures of restriction that will not allow these new rules to come into play. Perhaps you are in a family that will not allow these new game rules. Perhaps you are working in a corporate business that wants to play by an old set of rules. Perhaps you are living in a culture that forbids these new game rules. Such relational structures will either allow and generate a sense of equality, freedom, creative expression, joy, flow, and opportunity, or they will tend to restrict them. If you are in a restrictive structure that will inhibit you playing by these new games rules then it might be an idea to re-evaluate your relationship with that structure. You could become a covert operator meaning you stay in the structure but hide the fact that you are playing by new rules. This may work for a time. You could become a completely visible player which might mean you lose a few friends. Of, course in time you are very likely to gain new friends, ones who are also playing the same new game. So, let us take a look at these new game rules." 

The Law of Cycles – Everything has its time, and this includes the awakening of collective consciousness on the planet. These cycles of time have been read by the wise and there are many prophecies concerning this time we are in 

The Law of Growth – You are Spirit in a body exploring this dimension of earth and this is one of many lifetimes. The prime directive of the soul is growth, meaning you learn through different realms of form and experience. 

The Law of Vibration – Everything is governed by vibration. The higher the vibration you radiate day-to-day, the easier it will be to manifest a joyful reality.  

The Law of Consciousness – Your consciousness is not one complete sphere of activity. There are four layers which could be called your unconscious, subconscious, conscious and superconscious. 

The Law of Balance – Everything in this Universe operates in a dynamic tension with its antonymous opposite, meaning they are complementary and cannot exist without each other. 

The Law of Guidance – Those on a path of spiritual awakening and ascension become open to the guidance of their Higher Self. Challenges that assist you along your path are allowed at a soul level, until you no longer need them to grow. 

The Law of Manifestation – The more your conscious mind focuses on problems, the more problems will seem to arise in your reality. 

The Law of Action – You reap what you sow, what goes around comes around, what you offer to the world will return to you manyfold. 

The Law of Miracles – This law does not operate for the un-awakened, unless it is activated through group prayer. 

The Law of Resistance – Resistance is part of being alive in this dimension of reality, it is normal. 

The Law of Release – Nature abhors a vacuum, as you release something that does not serve you, something of a lower vibration, you then create the space for something of a higher vibration to enter. 

The Law of Service – When a soul has reached a certain point of evolution, then the law of service becomes a prime motivator. 

These are the new game rules. Now you know them the choice is whether you want to be a covert player or a completely visible one!

Light body activation -   Lemurian Light Language Transmission

Listen to this transmission from the City of Telos which is situated below Mount Shasta.

Before the civilisation of Lemuria sank beneath the waves a number of its inhabitants petitioned the Aghartian Network in the inner earth and was granted sanctuary. There are many cities of light in the inner earth and one of these is Telos. 

The Lemurian city of Telos is found directly under Mount Shasta in California. Mount Shasta is one of the seven sacred mountains of our planet. The legend of the mountain includes stories about angels, spirit-guides, UFOs, and great spiritual masters. 

Within the centre of the city is a white pyramid with a capstone that looks rather like a crystal. This temple is dedicated to the Order of Melchizedek which is a cosmic priesthood dedicated to the evolution of this Universe. 

In this transmission you will connect with the 5D energies of Telos, along with the powerful earth energies of Mount Shasta and blessings from the Order of Melchizedek. This recording was made on 8th August 2016 and so as an extra bonus it also includes energies from the Lion's Gate Star Portal (which was at its peak during this recording).

The Telos Transmission: Inner Earth 5D City of Light

Many Starseeds on the planet here now were connected to Atlantis. This transmission has three purposes: first it will help you to reawaken the higher consciousness of the Golden Age of Atlantis, secondly it will help you, if you were part of this group, to reawaken skills and abilities developed and honed at this time, and finally it will help to clear any fear, shock or guilt generated during the period leading to its final destruction.

Atlantis was not just one civilization. There were 3 distinct periods. The Golden Phase of Atlantis was from 40,000 BC to 18,000 BC. A time when humanity lived in harmony with many star brothers and sisters. This was a time of light. This was a time when humanity lived in a higher state of consciousness. At the end of this period there was a partial destruction where the continent broke into 5 islands and much of the people fell under the spell of a militaristic, corporate driven leadership. This group was called 'The Sons of Belial' by the great seer Edgar Cayce although their true Atlantean name is lost to us.

In this final period the Atla-Ra White Priesthood also known as the Brotherhood of Light or The Law of One opposed this. The Atla-Ra Priesthood was a service to other orientation and maintained a high level of consciousness through their training. They were both male and female and were capable of great life spans, both through the regeneration of mind power and through crystal and solar technologies used in the various healing temples.

With the gradual ascendance of the darker more materialistic group the Atlantean society was corrupted and this led to its final destruction. This was a traumatic event for those involved. It led to the experience of a great fall from grace and a global downshift in frequency. This event was the cause of the current dense 3D matrix we collectively experience today. Much was lost at this time. With the fall of this civilisation the grids of the earth were altered which made it harder to connect with Source Energy and maintain a high spiritual practise. This 3D density has continued from that time until fairly recently.

Now it is time to enter a new phase of re-emergence of light on the planet. The energies and blessings of the Golden Age of Atlantis are returning. Many who have been connected to the Alta-Ra White Priesthood in the past are being called now. This remastered transmission is designed to bring much healing and the awakening of many gifts.

The Atlantean Transmission: Connect to the Atlantean Order of Light.

In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to lay the foundation to upgrade your energy system to a unified chakra field.  The Unified Chakra creates a sphere of Light around you that assists you in handling higher and more intense waves of energy. It also helps you to open more fully to the ascension process.  The steps in this transmission are as follows: 

1. Angelic forces (Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Auriel) build a light sphere around you. Then we call on the higher frequencies of the crystal grid and the planetary grid. 

2. We call upon Metatron and Sandalphon to protect the above and below space and then to open the Gaia-Solar circuit in your energy field. 

3. You go through the unified chakra process. Starting in the heart we expand your field so that all the chakras become unified in one great sphere of light. This process expands your light until it embraces the earth, then the solar system, then the universe. 

4. After resting in this expanded state we contract the field to the Alpha and Omega chakras (8 inches above the head and below the spine respectively. Here the field is sealed and protected. 

5. We release the crystal and planetary grids and thank the angelic forces.

Unified Chakra Transmission: Activate a Powerful Light Field.

This transmission (recorded during a live event in Central London 29th June 2017) is designed to help extract lower unhelpful energies from your physical body and energy bodies. Once this is done it opens the way for you to invoke and then absorb more of your authentic soul light.

In this transmission we protect and seal your energy fields and then call a huge etheric crystal from the 5D Crystalline Earth Grid. We use this to pull out of you any energies belonging to other people. Specifically we pull out sexual energy from past partners that is hanging around your body and energy fields. We pull out emotional energy, anger, grief, pain that is not yours. We pull out mental energy, such as other people’s ideas, thoughts, opinions, beliefs that somehow has become lodged in your energy fields. Lower Energy Extraction Transmission: Opening to Your Authentic Soul Light

The astral realm contains sub-dimensions where each one reflects the level of consciousness and vibration of the inhabitants contained therein. The upper astral world is the place where we can meet angels, archangels and masters from the higher realms. The higher astral is where we find various temples of healing and schools of spiritual light and wisdom. The middle astral realm is the place where we often go during the dream state. Energy Extraction Transmission: Extracting Toxic Energies from the Body/Aura

The Inner Smile meditation is a guided Taoist meditation designed to help cleanse and purify the physical and emotional fields primarily. This meditation was used to increase health, happiness and longevity. In traditional Chinese Medicine the five major organ systems are associated with specific emotional states: 

The heart is associated with the negative emotions of arrogance and hate and the positive virtues of kindness and love.
The lungs are associated with the negative emotions of sadness and depression, and the positive virtues of courage and righteousness.
The kidneys are associated with the negative emotion of fear and the positive emotions of gentleness and kindness.
The liver is associated with the negative emotion of anger and the positive emotions of generosity and forgiveness.
The stomach/spleen are associated with the negative emotions of worry and anxiety and the positive emotions of fairness and openness.

This meditation uses the traditional form and adds to it by invoking elemental and angelic forces to increase the light quota in the physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies. The meditation ends by absorbing all excess light and energy in the body into the navel or sacral centre.

The Inner Smile (Taoist) Meditation: For Raising Your Vibration.

Starseeds and Lightworkers can from time to time feel ungrounded and this can cause various problems. Being grounded is an essential skill for empaths and highly sensitive people. Being ungrounded can lead to feeling spacey, vulnerable and off-balance as you go through daily life. Being grounded is like being a tree with strong roots in the earth. The deeper the roots the taller the branches can go. 

Lack of grounding can come through distrusting the body and physical life, it can come through old beliefs that the spirit is pure and the body is corrupt, it can come through shock and trauma, it can come through living too much in the head and negating the heart, it can come through finding the energies of this ascending plane too difficult generating a desire to leave the body. It can come through an excessive spiritual practice that begins to negate the emotions and the physical body. 

There are many ways to ground yourself. Any physical activity such as walking, dancing, gardening and sports will automatically ground you. Mindfulness practice can be helpful. Learning to be in the present moment. Sitting near certain species trees is one of my favorite ways to ground. (I find Pine very cleansing/grounding, Hawthorn very magical/grounding, Oak very strengthening/grounding and Yew very wise/grounding). Certain meditations can also help. 

In this meditation we connect to the energies of Gaia and to Her core. (Scientists believe that the core of the earth is solid iron. The inner core is solid, but the outer core is a hot fiery liquid).

Root Chakra Meditation: Grounding into the Fiery Core of Gaia.

11:11 Atlantean Lemurian Convergence Meditation

In this remastered transmission (re-released on the 8/8 2023 Gateway) we call upon Horus, a warrior aspect of the Great Central Sun to disentangle us from all interactions with the dark and to reconnect us fully with our path of light.

Horus, the archetypal Light Warrior, was known as the son of the Ancient Egyptian Goddess Isis. He was depicted in Ancient Egypt as a Falcon headed deity wearing a red and white crown, as a symbol of kingship over the entire kingdom of Egypt. 

The 3D Matrix is a time/space of growth through opposition to our light. We are now entering a new time and a new paradigm where growth is through unification with then light. As this 3D Matrix dissolves, the dark step out of the shadows and are forced to reveal their agenda of control, deceit and manipulation. At this time in the ascension process all interactions with the dark are heightening. This is necessary and is a prelude to all such interactions disappearing completely.
