This meditation is designed to assist Starseeds at this time in three ways:

1. To revitalise the physical body and etheric body by bringing in pristine elemental energies from a past pristine earth (Pliocene Age). 
2. To strengthen the body's immune system by connecting with a Future Self that has learnt to neutralise the effects of harmful man-made radiation. 
3. To invoke three elements from the Crystalline grid of our ascending earth to protect against harmful man-made radiation. These elements are light infused silver-nickel, copper and lead.

This transmission was downloaded in my consciousness on the 22/02/2022 portal and then recorded/uploaded as this offering on 23/02/2022.

In this transmission we invite those angels holding the Gold-White fire to begin to transmit this light deep into the heart, all layers levels and dimensions. To also open a portal of light to assist the heart in releasing all toxic programming such as heartbreak, betrayal and co-dependency out of your field. This Gold-White light is invited into the physical body, bones, blood and all cells. This Gold-White light is invited to flow into the Astral Body in the auric field clearing, uplifting and sealing this layer of your energy field. 

Next we invite those angels holding the elemental energy of deep rose pink (the Garden Rose) to begin to transmit this light deep into the heart, all layers levels and dimensions. Allowing the energies of gentleness and love into the heart. This light is invited to merge with the Gold-White at every level of this transmission. This elemental light is invited into the physical body, bones, blood and all cells and also into the Astral Body. The merging of these energies opens a gateway to the experience of Heaven on Earth in your reality.

Gold-White / Deep Rose Pink Angelic Light Transmission: Opening and Clearing the Heart Chakra.

This meditation is to help a child prepare for the dreamstate. It can be played as the child is getting ready to enter the dreamtime. It begins by calling on angelic support to make sure their chosen sleeping place, usually their bedroom, is sealed it in light. This track helps them relax, feel safe, still their mind and set an intention for a magical dreaming journey.

There is the angel Sandalphon who is the twin brother of Metatron. This angel holds the angelic light in the earth. Let us call on that angel now to bring that diamond-white crystal light up into your bedroom. You might begin to see or feel that diamond white crystal light fill the floor of your bedroom. Perhaps you may even begin soon to feel that you are floating on this beautiful angelic crystal light.

Dreamstate Magical (Kids) Adventure Meditation. Subliminal!

The energies of this time are very powerful and this 11-11 Gateway is a wonderful opportunity to more fully access and integrate light codes being transmitted from the Great Central Sun to Earth.  

This transmission connects you to angelic forces/healing rays and also to the Crystalline 5D Earth Grid and the Christ/Ascension Grid. This transmission invokes a symbol of light through the 11:11 Gateway which is used firstly to activate your DNA and secondly to open the timeline leading from this day to one year hence, which is the next 11:11 Gateway in 2018.

The fulfillment of a Starseed journey into the 3D Matrix is achieved through a lowering of density. This occurs over a number of lifetimes where the conscious connection to the higher dimensions is broken. Such lifetimes involve some form of trauma and often this will include pushing through sexual boundaries/limits to the more severe trauma of rape. Within patriarchal systems/structures feminine attributes/energies are deemed to be less powerful or valuable than masculine attributes/energies. This is part of the great schism that is created in 3D between the masculine/feminine attributes/energies. Within dark 3D bloodlines sexual trauma also increases the disconnection to the higher realms of light. Within patriarchal systems/structures it is not only women that suffer, men have also suffered sexual abuse as prisoners of war or as slaves.

The descent from 5D to 3D is metaphorically described in the story of the Garden of Eden. This story depicts the collective fall from grace, where humanity was ejected from Paradise into the wilderness after eating from the Tree of Knowledge.

Now the time of separation and schisms and growth through suffering is over. It is time to clear and heal all sexual trauma and reclaim your true inheritance of 5D light and power. In this transmission we call your team in Spirit of the Highest Light. We also call your I Am Presence and all angels around you to hold the four directions and two grids of light. Michael opens a portal to Temple of Isis on the earth-plane and here we meet the Great Goddess Isis who takes us to a healing temple of light on the star Sirius. There Isis with angels and masters of light work to clear sexual abuse/trauma in this lifetime and in one very significant lifetime where sexual abuse/trauma began the journey into 3D separation consciousness. In this transmission the masters and angels of light work to clear and heal all trauma held within the sacral centre. Then you will be reconnected to another 5D lifetime where sexual energy was deemed to be sacred.

The Goddess Isis/Sirius Star Transmission: Clearing Ancient 3D Patriarchal Sexual Abuse/Trauma.

The Inner Smile meditation is a guided Taoist meditation designed to help cleanse and purify the physical and emotional fields primarily. This meditation was used to increase health, happiness and longevity. In traditional Chinese Medicine the five major organ systems are associated with specific emotional states: 

The heart is associated with the negative emotions of arrogance and hate and the positive virtues of kindness and love.
The lungs are associated with the negative emotions of sadness and depression, and the positive virtues of courage and righteousness.
The kidneys are associated with the negative emotion of fear and the positive emotions of gentleness and kindness.
The liver is associated with the negative emotion of anger and the positive emotions of generosity and forgiveness.
The stomach/spleen are associated with the negative emotions of worry and anxiety and the positive emotions of fairness and openness.

This meditation uses the traditional form and adds to it by invoking elemental and angelic forces to increase the light quota in the physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies. The meditation ends by absorbing all excess light and energy in the body into the navel or sacral centre.

The Inner Smile (Taoist) Meditation: For Raising Your Vibration.

In this meditation we call upon Archangel Michael and all angelic forces working with this being to seal and protect your energy field from lower energetic interference. We call upon the electric blue flame of Micheal along with his sword of light. We also call upon the shield of Michael which shields and deflects lower energies from attaching to our fields. 

Please note this meditation is about sensible spiritual hygiene and is not about hiding fearfully from the world. When we feel safe and protected we are more confident in shining our authentic light and speaking our truth. The more we embrace our light the harder it is for any shadows to interfere with our energy fields and touch us through our external reality.

Super Quick Shield of Michael Meditation

This meditation requires an attitude of serenity rather than fear. Remember we create our reality. When we come from a place of serenity and love we create powerful uplifting results. Remember, there is nothing to fear. Fear and other associated energies especially self-hatred and guilt create openings in the energy fields that lower frequency forces can exploit. If there is any fear or guilt then do the emotional healing meditation or the releasing fear and anxiety meditation before doing this meditation. 

This meditation creates a force-field of light around your energy field that and filters out lower energies and allows higher energies. This meditation can help prevent psychic attack and can be used to neutralise such an attack if you are in the midst of one. However, to really neutralise psychic attack the reasons for the attack must be found and dealt with. This meditation can allow some rest and respite from lower energies.

Holy Guardian Angel Meditation

In this meditation Sandalphon opens a portal to allow us to go deep into the crystalline grid where we are directed to a Temple of Angelic healing Light. There, in a great hall within the temple, you will meet four angels of angelic healing. Each angel is waiting to transmit a healing ray to you. 

The first angel is that of Aquamarine Blue that transmits light into the cells of your body. The second is the angel of Rose Pink that transmits this healing light into the skeletal system. The third angel is that of pearl White that transmits this healing light into the blood of your body. The fourth and final angel of that of Pale Lavender that transmits this healing light into all the chakra centres in your body.
