Loving Kindness is an ancient Buddhist practise that is also known as Metta Bhavana. Compassion and loving kindness helps us heal relationships and move forward. It also allows us to enhance our existing relationships.
In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to prepare for this process. This prepares the way for the loving kindness process. 

Please note it is important during this process to stay focused on your cycle of breath. Secondly it is important to stay focused on the mantra, “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” (The mantra changes when used in connection with another person, “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.”). The steps in this transmission are as follows:

* Focus on the cycle of breath. * Call Angelic forces (Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel) who hold the horizontal space around you. * Then we call Metatron and Sandalphon to hold the vertical space. * We then call the Higher Self. * After resting in this expanded state, we send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we like or love. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we feel neutral about. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we feel challenged by. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” * Finally, we release and thank all the horizontal and vertical angelic forces and our Higher Self.

The Loving Kindness Transmission: Enhancing and Healing Your Relationships.

This meditation is used to seal any openings in your energy fields which allows lower entities into your space. This is done initially by your Team in Spirit along with Ultra-Violet Fire Angels. Then Metatron and Sandalphon each open a portal of light. Metatron opens a portal above your crown chakra extracting lower astral entities. Sandalphon opens a portal beneath your feet in the Crystalline Grid extracting any lower elemental energies from your space. Your auric field is finally sealed by Michael.

Entity Extraction Meditation

In this remastered meditation (originally uploaded June 2019) the focus is on healing first all karma first with your mother: cords, contracts, conditioning, stories and trapped energies. When this is done there is a clearing and releasing of any earthbound energies stuck on the bloodline. This is followed by a clearing of one main story or pattern affecting this lifetime that is inherited from the mother-line. When all of this is done the process is repeated with father and father-line.

Healing the Bloodline Meditation: Releasing Stuck 3D Patterns and Energies

In this meditation we begin by calling your Team In Spirit and Archangels of the Horizontal and Vertical Planes. Your Higher Self is the Gatekeeper responsible for allowing guides to connect with you. In this meditation your Higher Self opens a Rainbow Doorway of Light allowing a positively orientated Star Guide to connect with you.

In this meditation we focus on the cycle of breath that is like the rhythm of the sea. The wave comes up the shore like the inbreath. There is the natural pause before the breath returns to the ocean. In this meditation we become aware of any contraction within the physical body, the emotional body and or auric field. Through connecting with the Ocean, which is our natural innate connection to Source Energy, we can release anything that no longer serves us back to the Universe. This allows for a greater spaciousness and lightness of being. Enjoy!

Becoming the Ocean Meditation

In this meditation we evoke anything that is not flow from your past and then release and upgrade all energies therein. We also invoke your Infinite-Multidimensional Self to evoke a greater sense of flow in your being and in your reality. 

Flow is a psychological and energetic state whereby we feel at one with our core essence and at one with the Universe. Flow is a state of total absorption that many creative-artists know. Creative projects including painting a picture, dancing, writing a book/blog and starting or building a business. Many athletes also know about flow though they call it the Zone – a psychological space where mind and body work in perfect sync and movements seem to flow without conscious effort. The Zone is the ability to perform at your highest level in whatever domain of life you wish to enhance, it is not a phenomenon exclusive to art or sports. Effortless being and doing is a spiritual principle from Taoist philosophy that encourages pausing and resting from needless action and going with the flow. Effortless being and doing is like flowing water – it can flow around obstacles to where it needs to go. Effortless being and doing does not seek to ‘push the river’. Effortless being and doing is about going with the flow.

Embracing the Flow Meditation: Aligning with Universal Intelligence.

Starseeds often face issues of abandonment because they feel different. Abandonment programming can come from conditioning in this life. It can come through a rejection by the bloodlines. It can come from other lifetimes. 

The core issue of abandonment can come from ancient times. There can be a deep feeling that God Goddess/All That Is has abandoned them. This began with the descent in frequency in Lemuria from 5D to 4D and continued with the fall of Atlantis where humanity fell from 4D to the density of a 3D earth. 

In this lifetime, Starseeds are often cast as the rainbow sheep of the family. Perhaps their human need for physical and emotional care was not adequately met. Perhaps one or both parents were emotionally unavailable. Abandonment issues can be generated by one or both parents: suppressing the child’s need for authentic emotional expression, ridiculing the child for being different, using the child to enhance their own self-worth in some way, or by placing too high an expectation and pressure on the child, needing to be parented by the child. Perhaps there may have been a feeling of unsafety or perhaps physical, emotional or sexual abuse. Also, if one or both parents were physically not present. 
 
Abandonment may occur in childhood and be compounded in adolescence and adulthood. Abandonment patterns often play out in adult relationships and tend to lead to issues around trust and intimacy.

The Eden Transmission: Healing Abandonment, Restoring a Sense of Deep Connection and Belonging.

At this moment there is the energy of war that has been on the planet for many thousands of years. This has created much destruction and bloodshed. We are at a crucial point in our history where war and violence is at its peak. This meditation seeks to neutralise the energies behind conflict, violence and war and replace those with the foundation of peace that can be built upon by higher energies further down the national future timeline.

For the purpose of this meditation choose ONLY ONE country that is involved in conflict or war. You may wish to choose a country within the Middle East which is a major area for war at the moment. Countries involved in war include: Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Israel/Palestine, Syria and Yemen. You may wish to choose a country at war or involved in violence elsewhere in the world or alternatively you may wish to choose a country promoting war. This might be a country you are living in now that is experiencing conflict or exporting arms or military personnel to another country. 

PLEASE NOTE, that your choice will most likely be influenced by a karmic connection you have to that country. This means you will have a pull to a particular country. This karmic connection allows your intervention for peace to be all the more powerful. You may wish to repeat this meditation with that country or another as many times as you feel necessary.

World Peace Transmission: Neutralising the Dark and Amplifying the Light.

Why do we hold on to the past? Why does it feel difficult to let go of certain painful experiences? The main reason is the emotional charge attached to a past experience that seeks completion or resolution. Instead of completion or resolution the emotional charge causes us to relive the experience in our consciousness. We may find ourselves thinking about this experience for many years later. As well as the emotional charge of the event there may also be the judgements of others or/and our own self-judgements that continue to maintain the emotional charge and the memory obsessively looping in our consciousness. 

This meditation helps to release unhappy or toxic memories and neutralises associated emotional charges such as anger, or anxiety or guilt and shame over past mistakes. It helps the past to naturally find its own avenue of completion within you.
 
Use this meditation when: 
You keep obsessively playing a ‘negative’ event over and over in your mind, you feel stressed or ashamed over your involvement in a past event.

Releasing the Past Meditation: Transforming Unhappy, Tragic and Toxic Memories.

This is a training meditation to help you awaken your inner senses. 

Just as you have outer senses you also have inner senses. We could call these inner senses a doorway to your inner worlds. We use the inner senses in meditation and in dreaming. Consciously awakening the inner senses allow you to become more aware of what is happening within your psyche. Your inner senses allow you to sense energy in your environment. In this meditation we call upon your Team of the Highest Resonance in Spirit to hold space. We call upon the full cooperation of your Higher Self and Unconscious Mind to help with this deep release. We call upon a waterfall of Diamond White Fire to release fear that we have picked up directly in conversations and also indirectly through the Collective Consciousness. We call upon Emerald Green Fire to transform all limiting stories, beliefs and thoughts in the mental body that generates anxiety and fear. We call upon the Christ Grid to bring a higher light into any stories or beliefs that are behind our own generated fears or that are behind the reason for picking up fear from the collective.
