This meditation is designed to bring light, healing and relief to three inner aspects of your ego-personality. The first is your inner wounded child, the second is your inner mother and the third is your inner father. This triad of vulnerability and power will be explored and transformed in this meditation. 

In this time of ascension it is important that we dedicate some time to bringing more light to our ego personality selves. The ego is not one thing, it is a gestalt of many energies, some we could call primary and some disowned. In 3D we grow up believing we are our ego-personality. Awakening helps us to break free of the rigidity and masks of the ego to embrace a larger sense of self. One that is connected to the Infinite Intelligence of the Universe.

In this meditation we invite some inner aspects for an upgrade in love and light. Firstly the wounded inner child or inner child selves that feel hurt or afraid or frozen in time in some way. We also call your inner parental selves, your inner mother and father. These are aspects that you have absorbed while growing up that contain the negative stories and beliefs, the limiting attitudes and perspectives of your parents. (If you were adopted then your adopted parents may be represented by these aspects. If you had a stepmother or stepfather who was more present in your life than a biological parent then that energy may appear in this meditation.)

Negative Ego Parental Selves Upgrade Meditation.

In shamanism there is the concept of the three worlds. The middle world is the world of physical reality, the world of relationships. The density of this world and our relationships is shifting as we move through the ascension process. The lower world is that of the elementals, nature spirits and of the ancestors. The lower world consists of an old grid of the 3D Earth and a crystalline grid of the New 5D Earth. The Upper World is the realm of angels, archangels, guides, star races, and ascended beings of light. 

Each of these worlds contains various gifts yet each also contains potential interferences that need to be cleared. The upper world can contain interfering 4D beings in the astral planes. It can contain 'negative' timelines that need to be closed. The middle world contains incarnate beings of various intentions and vibrations. Currently the majority of these beings are not aligned with the light. The middle world potentially contains 'negative' projections and dense cords, The lower world contains elementals, nature spirits and ancestors. Some elementals have been harmed by human activity and do not feel kindly towards humanity. All 3D bloodlines tend to contain interfering energies and beings.

Metatron, Michael and Sandalphon Transmission: Angelic Protection in the Three Worlds.

When we speak of Faerie Races we are not talking about nature spirits or elementals or that over-light a species of plant or tree. Whereas nature spirits and elementals often appear as small beings of light, Faerie beings often appear as very tall. 
The Faerie Races of the Inner Earth once dwelt with humanity but as the vibration of the earth-plane began to fall after the destruction of Atlantis the Faerie People disappeared “stepping sideways into the light” and left this dimension of the earth-plane. The tradition of connecting to the Faerie Races are particularly strong in Celtic Scotland and Ireland. There are still portals to be found, such as stone circles, that allow for a contact with these races. 

In this meditation we connect to the four gateways of Faerie/Inner Earth. These gateways correspond to the four directions of east, south, west and north. Through these gateways we connect to the four stars and four winds. Each gateways creates a release and an embrace of certain energies. 

This meditation was first offered during a retreat in County Dublin, Ireland. (This meditation was inspired by a wonderful book by Hugh Mynne called The Faerie Way).

The Four Faerie Stars/Gateways Meditation

We are living in a day and age where inappropriate material is freely available and inappropriate graphic content can so easily disturb and interfere with a Starseed’s sovereign nature and multidimensional gifts and abilities. 

For those who have exposed themselves to such material, what is not always understood is that such exposure can create interference and damage to the energy fields, even leading to negative portals and negative entities attaching to a person. 

In order to move forward on the 5D ascension journey all low frequency vibrations and interferences need to be cleared, whether picked up due to some conscious choice, or through the unconscious projection of another or group, or from osmosis from the 3D human collective. 
This transmission calls on certain angels and archangels to combine their angelic light under the guidance of Archangel Michael to clear three chakras and in turn layers of your aura of lower frequency interference. 

The angels and archangels create a combined gold-violet fire to clear and cleanse the:

*Third eye of graphic imagery and energies that negatively influences and distorts the soul’s sovereign intuition and imagination,
*Solar Plexus of disturbing information and energies that negatively influences and distorts the soul’s sovereign power,
*Sacral of disturbing energies that negatively influences, distorts and even hijacks in some way the soul’s sovereign emotional and sexual expression.

The transmission also releases interferences and attachments in the aura and closes any negative openings therein.

Gold-Violet Angelic Fire Transmission: Clearing Gross Interference in the Chakra System/Aura.

Atlantis experienced a great golden age of spirituality and technology where there were temples of light dedicated to the Law of One. Eventually, a darkness began to enter that civilisation where those souls who were not aligned with the light brought a great darkness which ultimately led to the complete destruction of that civilisation. Following this destruction there arose another colony in Egypt which was founded by survivors of those following the Law of One. However, darkness found its way to that colony and the fight between light and darkness arose once more. 

Black magic and dark alchemy created the final destruction of Atlantis and this caused a major shift on the planet, both ecologically and vibrationally. The earth experienced a lowering of vibration from 4D to 3D and this has affected the planet until this time of ascension. Many Starseeds are still affected by the impact of this and of ancient black magic touching their fields.

In this transmission we call up the Goddess Isis, her son Horus and other helpful beings to clear all interference from black magic, and other forms of dark interference such as curses, spells with a particular focus on clearing Atlantean and Egyptian black magic. There is also a clearing of parasitical energies, the dark and corrupted Atlantean grid, and other forms of disturbance that can accompany black magic. There is a retrieval of any soul parts/fragments you have lost due to death involving black magic. Affirmations: I Am Activating the Full Power of My Intuition.

Without the Sun, there is no life, there is just nothingness and darkness. The Ancient Egyptians saw the Sun as being key to their collective wellbeing. The Egyptian symbol of the winged sun was a symbol of royal power. It also represents the soul without physical form.

The Egyptian myth of the sun concerned the Solar God Ra who brought the Sun into the skies every single day. According to Egyptian myth, the main duty of Ra, the solar deity, was to carry the sun cross the sky on his solar boat to light the day. This boat was known as the boat of a million years. Sunset and twilight represented the time when Ra and his vessel passed beyond the horizon, in the west, to begin the journey through the underworld. There, according to the myth, he would sail on the subterrestrial River Nile and cross through the twelve gates and regions. In the underworld he would meet and defeat the energies of the lower astral worlds to emerge once again victorious at dawn. 

The God Ra represents the energy of the outgoing age of Patriarchal rule. Therefore, in this morning blessing we call upon the Goddess Isis and her warrior son Horus to bless us with the golden radiance of this day. This daily blessing calls upon the power of the sun to bless the earth and to bless your day with a new vibration of possibility and magic.

In this transmission we journey, supported by the power of bees, to a hive to meet a special Queen Bee. This Queen Bee is the Goddess Demeter. She transforms and works with an area of your life that needs more fertile, abundant support from Gaia. She also offers you a blessing for your life. 

Demeter was worshipped in Ancient Greece as a Goddess of the earth and agriculture who sustained humanity through her blessing the earth with rich bounty. She presided over the Mystery Cults which promised its initiates the path to a blessed afterlife in the realm of Elysium. Demeter was often seen as a mature woman, wearing a crown of flowers and bearing sheaf's of wheat or a cornucopia (horn of plenty).

Higher Light Decree: Clearing False Crucifixion Patterning.

In this meditation we call on a number of angels to create a waterfall of angelic light to cleanse the aura with particular attention to the emotional body. 

We call on Violet Fire Angels and Ultraviolet Fire Angels to initially create a waterfall of clearing and cleansing crystalline violet light. We then call on Gabriel and all angels working with Gabriel to create a waterfall of clearing and cleansing crystalline diamond-white light. 
Finally, we call on Metatron and Archangels from the Sun to create a  waterfall of clearing and cleansing gold light. These three waterfalls merge to create a violet-white-gold waterfall of light. 

This waterfall of angelic fire clears other people’s emotional energies, anything picked up within intimate relationships, anything interfering with the sacral chakra, anything lodged within the reproductive system and nervous system. Clearing any cords/ attachments and any psychic structures within or around the emotional body. The meditation ends with a sealing of the emotional body with a violet-white-gold light.
