Please know that you are guided by the Spirit and you can ask your presence I Am and your Higher Self to assist you in this process.

Light body activation -   Lemurian Light Language Transmission

This technique is designed to clear your energy fields of energetic junk. In this technique, you ask four groups of angelic helpers to set up their level of the spherical grid. Circle Security: they are like the cosmic traffic police. Their job is to set up, keep clear and maintain inter-dimensional and inter-universal communication grids.

Higher Light Decree: Quadruple Grid Technique (Personal)

The Goddess Danu is an earth goddess who was also known for her qualities of inspiration, intellect and wisdom. She is also known as a warrior Goddess. Her name was associated with flowing water. She was worshiped in Ireland before the advent of Christianity that eventually banished the healing-wisdom ways of the Old Religion. 

Danu is the protector of the Faery People, the Tuatha Dé Danann, which translates as the “People of the Goddess Danu”. The Tuatha Dé Danann are a high frequency race that were also known as the Shining Ones. (Please note the Faery Races are not to be confused with elemental nature spirits. The Shining Ones are not one race but many and some are much taller than human beings. Some of them resemble to some degree the Elvish Race as depicted in the Lord of the Rings.) As the earth descended in frequency the Tuatha Dé Danann, who had not made the collective decision to descend, “stepped sideways into the light” and disappeared from this world. They entered into an inner earth dimension that was more suited to their high vibration. The Tuatha Dé Danaan or Shining Ones” can only be contacted now by those of pure heart who are on a path of ascending light.

The Goddess Danu Transmission: Guardian of the Faery Races (The Tuatha Dé Danann.)

At this moment there is the energy of war that has been on the planet for many thousands of years. This has created much destruction and bloodshed. We are at a crucial point in our history where war and violence is at its peak. This meditation seeks to neutralise the energies behind conflict, violence and war and replace those with the foundation of peace that can be built upon by higher energies further down the national future timeline.

For the purpose of this meditation choose ONLY ONE country that is involved in conflict or war. You may wish to choose a country within the Middle East which is a major area for war at the moment. Countries involved in war include: Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Israel/Palestine, Syria and Yemen. You may wish to choose a country at war or involved in violence elsewhere in the world or alternatively you may wish to choose a country promoting war. This might be a country you are living in now that is experiencing conflict or exporting arms or military personnel to another country. 

PLEASE NOTE, that your choice will most likely be influenced by a karmic connection you have to that country. This means you will have a pull to a particular country. This karmic connection allows your intervention for peace to be all the more powerful. You may wish to repeat this meditation with that country or another as many times as you feel necessary.

Joseph Campbell was a mythologist who looked at the similarities between the myths of different cultures. And his studies resulted in what has come to be called the monomyth. This is a universal story structure, a template that takes us through the spiritual journey or path that moves through a sequence of stages. It begins with the child who is born into a reality with rules and belief systems. The child must break free of these rules or transcend them to find his or her own path to adulthood. Ascension News: Healing Family Stories.

This is an extract from a longer interview. The interviewer is Chris Alyssia from Awake TV.  

The ascension process is not about neutralising the ego it is about upgrading it. Upgrading the ego is about shifting our identity into a larger perspective, where all resistance to embracing our authentic or Higher Self is dropped. 

In 3D the ego is both guidance and protection system. In 3D there is a broad spectrum where at one end there is a fully functioning ego and at the other all the various dysfunctions that can occur. To shift into 4D we need a functional ego. In 4D we are learning a more fluid and flexible approach to life. There is a greater appreciation that this is only one life amongst many. That we contain many energies including both masculine and feminine. In 4D we are learning that we create and co-create our reality. In 5D there is a shift into unity consciousness. In 5D stabilising in a higher vibration where all limits to joy, to freedom, to growth, to love are removed. In 5D we discover there are no limits to flow and possibility.
