In this meditation the Arcturians create three Protective Blue Healing Spheres. These are again sealed with Golden-White light from the Christ Grid. These seals are designed for you, the adult self as well as your inner child and inner adolescent selves. 

Each sphere begins to clear negative alien interference, such as implants, tagging devices and other interfering devices. When this is done the Arcturians send healing light codes into the cells and DNA to assist in your awakening and healing. This is followed by Metatron sending light codes from the Christ Grid to assist in your ascension.

Super Quick Arcturian Healing Light Meditation: Inviting Three Arcturian Healing Spheres.

In this transmission you are called into the Inner Earth into a cavern. In this cavern is a lake illuminated with a blue-sea green light. To one side of the lake is an altar carved from rough stone. You will be asked to surrender an issue to the Goddess Isis for healing and transformation. The Goddess takes the issue and turns the lake into a mirror. In this mirror you will be invited to see a lifetime where you felt blocked, limited, hurt or harmed in some way. Once witnessed a healing will take place. Next the mirror will reveal a lifetime where you served the Goddess as seer, channel, priest/priestess, magician/shaman, king/queen. You are invited to witness the soul qualities, talents and skills you developed in that lifetime. These are treasures that will be useful at this time of awakening and ascension. The Goddess finally offers you a gift, a symbol of light representing these treasures. This gift can be absorbed into the body, into the cells of your being. 

This transmission came in May 2021 while visiting the town of Bath in Somerst. Steve was in a cafe next to the Roman Baths built on the thermal spring there. This spring was dedicated by the Celtic tribes to the Goddess Sulis who the Romans called Minerva.

Mirror of the Goddess Isis Transmission: Glimpsing the Multidimensional Potential of your Being.

Negative projection of energy is the most common form of psychic attack in the developed world. This form of psychic attack is largely unconscious and the sender does not realise they are actually harming you. (In countries that have a long tradition of shamanism and working with energy then conscious psychic attack or black magic is more common.) 

In this meditation, you will be asked to bring to mind someone, or a specific group, you are having a challenge with, someone or a group who might be sending you a negative projection of energy such as fear, anger, jealousy or even hatred. There will be space to release their energy and seal your aura. Then the shield of gold/citrine crystal and fire from the Great Central Sun is created to the front between you. Once this is done the shield is duplicated to the back and finally to the sides and above your head. 

This meditation should be repeated to strengthen the shield.

Super Quick Gold/Citrine/Solar Shield Meditation

This is a meditation-transmission track to connect you with the high frequency light impulses from the Central Sun (Galactic Centre).

Kundalini Love Unification Transmission: A Restoration of 5D Unity Consciousness

The fulfillment of a Starseed journey into the 3D Matrix is achieved through a lowering of density. This occurs over a number of lifetimes where the conscious connection to the higher dimensions is broken. Such lifetimes involve some form of trauma and often this will include pushing through sexual boundaries/limits to the more severe trauma of rape. Within patriarchal systems/structures feminine attributes/energies are deemed to be less powerful or valuable than masculine attributes/energies. This is part of the great schism that is created in 3D between the masculine/feminine attributes/energies. Within dark 3D bloodlines sexual trauma also increases the disconnection to the higher realms of light. Within patriarchal systems/structures it is not only women that suffer, men have also suffered sexual abuse as prisoners of war or as slaves.

The descent from 5D to 3D is metaphorically described in the story of the Garden of Eden. This story depicts the collective fall from grace, where humanity was ejected from Paradise into the wilderness after eating from the Tree of Knowledge.

Now the time of separation and schisms and growth through suffering is over. It is time to clear and heal all sexual trauma and reclaim your true inheritance of 5D light and power. In this transmission we call your team in Spirit of the Highest Light. We also call your I Am Presence and all angels around you to hold the four directions and two grids of light. Michael opens a portal to Temple of Isis on the earth-plane and here we meet the Great Goddess Isis who takes us to a healing temple of light on the star Sirius. There Isis with angels and masters of light work to clear sexual abuse/trauma in this lifetime and in one very significant lifetime where sexual abuse/trauma began the journey into 3D separation consciousness. In this transmission the masters and angels of light work to clear and heal all trauma held within the sacral centre. Then you will be reconnected to another 5D lifetime where sexual energy was deemed to be sacred.

The Goddess Isis/Sirius Star Transmission: Clearing Ancient 3D Patriarchal Sexual Abuse/Trauma.

This remastered transmission (originally uploaded April 2019) assists Starseeds to incorporate light as part of their daily intake of energy. This is part of the shift from 3D density to a lighter 5D physical body. The body cannot get all of its nutrients from physical food. The soil of the planet is mostly too degraded. We need a higher frequency of light to start replacing the heavier aspects of our diet. Please note, this transmission is not intended to shift you into giving up all physical food. This is not the intention. Rather it will assist in shifting the diet to include more light.

There are a number of aspects to this transmission. First, we must reverse the Patriarchal myth that the sun is essentially masculine. The sun, like the earth, has both masculine and feminine poles. In ancient times the sun was believed to be feminine. When we return to this ancient understanding then we can view the sun as nurturer, as provider. Then we can align with this intelligent energy source and be fed by Her rays. We do this by aligning our Body Elemental/Body Consciousness so that it can drink in and absorb these rays.

Living on Light Transmission: Expanding Your Capacity for Absorbing Prana.

In this meditation we will be working with the Archangel of the Diamond-White Crystalline Grid to raise 5D earth energy via the Earth Star chakra to rise up and clear the inner channel and also each chakra beginning at the root.
