The Solar Plexus chakra, known as Manipura in Sanskrit, translates as, “city of jewels.” This energy centre is located in the upper belly. It is our centre of personal power that governs our ego personality, all sub-personalities, and our primary sense of identity. The Solar Plexus chakra is also a main driver behind our sense of motivation, willpower, and purpose.

In this transmission golden-white light from the Great Central Sun of Sirius is transmitted deep into the Solar Plexus along with a transmission of Angelic Golden-Citrine light to begin a clearing of ancient intrusive energies from the bloodlines, from other lifetimes and from limiting conditioning from this lifetime. In this transmission there is a unification of the vertical axis (Heaven and Earth) and the horizontal axis (Masculine and Feminine). This creates a holy equilateral cross within the heart and all the cells of the body unifying all that was once deemed separate.

Kundalini Love Unification Transmission: A Restoration of 5D Unity Consciousness

Your Higher Self is a higher dimensional aspect that acts as a bridge between this ascending 3D worlds and higher worlds of light. Your Higher Self is in a sense your Guardian Angel that watches over your ascension process. This process has involved incarnating into a lower frequency dimension one that is rules by a collective separative type of consciousness. Archangel Sandalphon Crystalline Light Transmission: Clearing and Revitalising Your Etherical Body.

In this remastered meditation we call upon Universal Energy and our Family of Light, to invoke and release a flow of miracles in our reality. Miracle Consciousness is the state of a soul that has stabilised within 5th Level Density.

Miracle Flow Meditation: Inviting a Higher Vibrational Fluidity into Being.

Natural Guilt is connected to the collective social evolution of humanity. Guilt can, in some instances, help make important changes. Guilt is useful when the individual has a certain self-awareness and ability to feel remorse for a genuine mistake. In this case it is possible to learn from a mistake and adjust the perspective and behaviour accordingly. 

Most often, guilt does not lead to remorse or any meaningful shift in perspective and behaviour. This I call Pointless Guilt which can become a nagging and all-pervasive feeling that may or may not be tied to anything specific. We can be born into a feeling of guilt that belongs to our parents or our bloodlines. We can be born into racial guilt where we feel we must atone for the ‘sins’ or failures of our race. We can incarnate with the patterning of guilt from other life mistakes. Guilt erodes our sense of innate worthiness. Guilt can enhance a state of emotional paralysis or confusion. Ongoing levels of guilt will feel stressful. We can feel guilty for just being alive. Guilt opens us to manipulation and narcissists are experts at probing the guilt of another in this way. An underlying sense of guilt can lead to a desire to rescue others in an attempt to atone for the feeling. Guilt can lead to psychic attachments and invasion. Guilt is an open door that others can use to access our energy fields. Guilt can also be induced through mind control programs and subliminal messages. Guilt leads to suffering, period! All such non-useful forms of guilt are addressed in this meditation.
