It's morning and this meditation will help you get ready for a happy and joyful day ahead. We will start by blowing all not-nice feelings out into space. You will then meet a silver angel who lives in the middle of the Earth. She will first help you to connect with a big beautiful crystal that lives in the middle of the Earth to help you feel calm and balanced. Then she will give you a gift: your very own special crystal egg that you can climb inside and feel safe.

Note to parents:
This meditation is ideal for young kids up to the age of about 8 to help them to ground and protect in preparation for the day ahead. It is specifically beneficial for crystal children, rainbow and star children as the content helps to develop their imaginations while giving them tools to use for their own energetic protection. Specifically, the silver angel in the middle of the Earth is Archangel Sandalphon who helps them ground into the Earth's Crystal Core, the 5D grid of the Earth. The crystal egg is a layer of high vibrational protection that goes around their entire energy fields, with the gold light from the Sun a gift from Archangel Metatron to seal them in a safe space.

The Crystal Egg - Morning Meditation For Kids with Liz Findlay

It is recommended to do this meditation often, perhaps daily. If possible aim to do this meditation at either 8am or 8pm in your time zone. 

This meditation is designed for the Starseed Family of Light to come together and create a wave of light across the globe. 
This meditation allows you to connect with other communities of light and places of light across the earth. it also allows you to send this collective light to places that hold the least amount of light across the planet.

Super Quick Daily Light Meditation: Sending a Wave of Light across the Globe.

This meditation invokes healing energies from the Stars and from the Crystalline Core of the Earth to cleanse and heal the chakras, all corresponding areas of the physical body and layers of the aura. 

In this track we call Starlight into the upper chakras, Crown down to the Heart. This light is sent to the corresponding physical areas of each chakra. This light is also sent to the layers of the aura that correspond with these chakras.

Higher Light Decree: A Prayer for All Lost Souls

Hera is known as the Olympian Queen of the Gods of Ancient Greece. Her importance in the early archaic period of Greece is attested by the large building projects undertaken in her honour. Her temples pre-date those of Zeus. Originally, Hera was a pre-Hellenic earth-star Goddess. She is often depicted as a beautiful woman wearing a crown and holding a royal, lotus-tipped sceptre. The earliest animal associated with Her is the Bull. 

The Golden (Ram's) Fleece was said to have many magical healing abilities. In the classical myth of the Golden Fleece, the hero Jason and his band of Argonauts, made up of at least fifty heroes, or more, sailed to Colchis, which was at the eastern end of the Black Sea, south of the Caucasus. Their mission was to obtain the Golden Fleece from Aeetes, the King of Colchis. Aeetes agreed to give the Golden Fleece to Jason upon him completing a set of seemingly impossible tasks. With the help of the Goddess, Hera, and the priestess Medea who was the daughter of the King, Jason completed all the tasks. The king planned to kill Jason and Medea leads him to safety and to a tree where the Golden Fleece, was hanging. The Golden Fleece had a guardian that Jason killed and so was able to flee Colchis with the prize. 

In this transmission the Goddess Hera opens a doorway to a magical landscape that represents the extent of your familiarity or comfort zone. At the end of this zone, we find a sacred tree where hangs a sacred prize. This tree has a guardian. With the help of Goddess Hera, you will be able to access the tree and its prize. Your mission is not to take this prize but to access its healing and activation powers.

"Today I want to share some ideas on the Nature Kingdom which includes Angels, Fairies and Elementals. As we will see, nature is very much alive and we could call the alive and conscious kingdom of nature the Devic Kingdom. Also, our physical bodies are part of the Devic Kingdom. I will explain more about all of this shortly.....  

From rock to human and beyond, for each level of being, there’s a level of Devic consciousness operating. From the tiniest atom or cell within a lifeform, these basic building blocks of physical life join together in greater and greater combinations, forming more complex forms. As these complex forms evolve, higher levels of Devic intelligence operate to oversee the overall function of that form, for example a flower, plant or a tree. The beings working at the smallest level we could call elementals and those at higher levels we could call Fairies or Nature Spirits. Of course the names we give these beings are not so important what is important is the understanding that these beings work at different levels. At the higher levels Devic beings work with Angelic architects of form who are responsible for the evolution of matter making small adjustments to forms to optimise their ability to grow and thrive in the environment they exist in. For instance, elemental beings of light can be found working within the various parts of an individual oak tree and at higher levels the nature spirits guide this work. At higher levels the Angel Architect working with the whole species of oak directs the evolution of the oak tree."

Ascension News: Angels, Fairies and Elementals.

In this meditation we call your Team in Spirit, Archangels and grids to open a doorway in your energy fields. This door leads to a garden where we connect with a guide who leads you deep into a garden. There you are invited to connect with three levels of nature spirits. 

The first level is the rock/crystal spirits. 

The second level is the tree/plant spirits. 

The third level is the animal spirits.

Nature Spirits Meditation.

As we move out of the Piscean Age into the Aquarian Age of Light it is time to release any limitations in your consciousness connected to outgoing Piscean structures particularly religious, political and financial. 

In this transmission we release an image that represents religious power. For instance that could be the image of Christ on the Cross. Releasing that image to burn in ultraviolet fire. Release all energies and programming associated with that image. Feel yourself connected to the Cosmic Christ Grid. Open to new forms of spiritual power that are in service to the New Age of Light.

Call in ultraviolet fire into the fabric of that building, releasing all old energies including programs of the corrupt use of power. These energies do not belong in the Aquarian Age of Light. Call in Metatron and Sandalphon to that space to the higher grids of light. Reconnecting that space with the new energies to whatever extent that is possible and useful. Open to new forms of political power that are in service to the New Age of Light.

Feel yourself connected to new forms of power that nourish the soul and cherish the earth and all human communities. The Aquarian Age of Light is upon us. It is time now to release old structures that have held humanity in slavery for thousands of years.

Releasing Corrupted Power Structures Transmission: Opening the Way for the Aquarian Age of Light

"Yes, another world of work is possible and that may sound a crazy notion if you feel trapped in some meaningless, boring, or stressful job that seems to suck the very life out of you. Work is a major source of suffering for most of the beings living on this planet and this does not have to be the case. Work can be a vehicle for something radically different, but more about that shortly.  

When you consider how much time you spend in work over a lifetime then you really should think about the quality of that time and effort. Yes, it may seem a scary thought to leave the safety and security of some boring or stressful job to step out into the unknown but consider the consequences of staying! 

Feeling stuck in some meaningless job that feels joyless or hard can take its toll physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. Such work will create stress which will feel like an ongoing tension in the body as well as generating emotional and mental tension. Stress, over time, can often lead to ill-health and serious illness. Long term stress will lower our vital force energy, our vibration and this in turn will impact everything, what is possible for us to allow, accept, attract, and create in our reality...."

Ascension News: Another World of Work is Possible

Recently, (May 2023) I experienced some interference I had not experienced before. It felt like I was walking through glue for several days. Also, my meditations had a darker aspect to them. When I asked for guidance, I was told I had a phantom zone. It seems that my Higher Self allowed this experience in order that I might work through releasing the structure and from there helping other Starseeds release anything similar in their fields. 

I was also told that in terms of Dark Force interference there are three structures that cause the most problems, 4D devices placed in the energy fields, 4D dark portals where energies can enter and leave your energy fields and reality at will, and 4D phantom zones where a structure is placed around you with the design to separate you from your Higher Self, guides, angels and Source Energy. This transmission clears the latter. There are other tracks that work on the first two issues. (Check my Psychic Protection Playlist.) 

This transmission is useful if you are feeling a certain darkness in your mind and life. If you have an ongoing sense of depression, a sense of low vibe, helplessness, or misfortune this transmission may help. 

In this transmission we call upon your Team in Spirit including Metatron, and all angels working with Metatron, Michael, and all angels working with Michael plus Violet Fire and Ultraviolet Fire angels to clear and remove any such limiting structure. We also call upon Lightbody Surgeons from Sirius and elsewhere to help release the structure from your nervous system and central channel. 

(The Phantom Zone was made famous by the Superman comics and films. In the story it was a prison-like parallel dimension where criminals were sent from Superman’s home planet.)
