Krishna was a great Avatar/Teacher who came to embed a seed of light in the darkness of the 3D Matrix. The teachings became a cornerstone for spirituality in the East. Not only informing the ancient Hindu religion but also many of the essential teachings can be found in the latter teachings of Buddhism. When Krishna spoke to Arjuna the world was a different place. In the midst of the 3D Matrix. This planet was in darkness and this message was given in the midst of a battlefield. Krishna came to embed a seed of light in the darkness. This message was to promote courage, devotion, discipline and understanding of the laws of karma and vibration. 

In this transmission we clear all blocking programming we have taken on during other lifetimes within the Hindu tradition. Many starseeds have experienced lifetimes within this tradition that now needs to be released. This along with all ritual experiences, vows, agreements, promises, soul contracts. We also release any connections to any being, group or teacher within the tradition that blocks our current ascension process.

The next part of the transmission we ask Metatron to establish a connection with Krishna in the higher dimensions. Krishna and all beings working with this great Avatar help to purify your six senses, vision, hearing, touch, taste, smell and the sixth sense which is the mind. Once this is done Krishna assists you to 
fix your consciousness on that which endures, the Universal Field of Light that holds all beings within this ascending timeline. Within this field experience of unity and bliss consciousness.

Krishna Consciousness Transmission: Purify and Expand Into Unity/Bliss Consciousness.

In this transmission we open the space with the six archangels and invoke the ascension and crystalline grids of light. Then archangel Gabriel opens a portal of light that takes you to the edge of an ocean. This ocean may be one you are familiar with or it may be one you have never visited in this lifetime. 

At the ocean’s edge you will meet a creature of the sea, perhaps dolphin or orca or whale to carry you deep into the sea. Under the sea, you find can breathe underwater. There you are carried deep to an underwater temple of Neptune the overlighting deva of the oceans. Here you meet the overlighting Devas of the oceans. 

The Devas introduce you to the whales of the sea. Whales hold the ancient memory not only of the seas but also of the earth. They have witnessed many great civilisations come and go. In this transmission the whales will reveal to you one or more of these ancient civilisations you have a strong connection. Perhaps Lemuria and or Atlantis. They also introduce you to one or more of the aquatic races you have a connection with. Perhaps one or more of the aquatic races of Sirius. Then you return to the temple of Neptune where you receive a symbol of light representing the energies that seek to return to you now.

The Neptune Transmission: Connect with the Higher Intelligence of the Oceans

Clearing your home or workplace of any lower frequency, negative, stale energies will transform your space and your experience of living within that space. This will usually result in a greater sense of well-being and clarity. 

This transmission is designed to clear the land, structure and the spaces within the structure of all low frequency energies thus enabling a new fresh energy to enter therein. Before doing this clearing transmission there are three things that need to be done in preparation. The first is mandatory and the other two are optional (although advisable).

1.	Sit in meditation and ask your innermost Spirit for permission to do the work. If you share the building with other residents ask their Higher Selves for permission. If there is a landlord that owns the property then also ask their Higher Self for permission. If you are sharing with a partner ask their Higher Self for permission. If you feel any resistance from any other party then do an Ultra-Violet Transmission to clear any energies between you that need clearing. Then again ask for permission. If there is still resistance and you do not get permission from other parties then only clear your personal living or working space not the entire building or any shared space. 

2.	Physically clean your space and clear all clutter, since low frequency energy can attach to items within the space. 

3.	Then smudge your space with a cleansing incense such as white sage. Do this room by room ensuring that all doors and windows are closed for several minutes. When this is done open the window so that all old stagnant energies are sent out of the property and not further in.

Space Clearing Transmission:  Clear and Uplift a Structure, Space, Land.

At this time of volatility on the earth-plane it is important to call on the angels to restore a more harmonious vibration in your reality. Now is a good time to begin to invoke the energies associated with this angel. This transmission attunes you to the love and support of the angelic kingdom and opens the way for more peace, harmony, joy and love to enter your life. (Archangel Haniel is associated with the planet Venus).
This Archangel’s presence can be felt as calming, peaceful and serene energy which can assist us in clearing out any lower frequency energies that run counter to peace and serenity. This Archangel can also assist us in bringing in the higher frequencies of harmony, joy and love into the cells and structures of our physical body as well as our emotional and mental bodies. In this transmission we send a higher light also to our personality selves and then outwards into multidimensional realities, along timelines and also into this material plane.

Archangel Haniel Transmission: Invoking New Frequencies of Peace, Harmony, Joy and Love.

In this time of ascension it is more important than ever to connect with your Soul Tribe. These are beings that are both incarnate and in Spirit. These are the beings that resonate with your core energy and your Soul Purpose. These are members of the same “Spirit Family” as you and all members share an intensely strong bond with that transcends time and space itself. When you meet one of your Soul tribe, intuitively, it feels like you share the same 'frequency' because of the deep harmony felt between all members of the group. Your Soul Tribe are here to support, encourage and sometime appropriately challenge you to keep you in alignment with your promise before this lifetime to awaken and then serve in the awakening of other beings. 

In this meditation you will call one being that is incarnate and then one that is in Spirit. With your Higher Self you will be invited to clear any limiting entanglements and agreements or promises from any lifetime. Then you will be invited to allow a higher frequency of light and love to connect you. Finally, we call all beings who are incarnate or in Spirit that are part of your Soul Tribe. Again, you will be invited to clear anything in the way and then connect with all these beings at a higher level of light, love and consciousness.

Soul Tribe Meditation

Archangel Ariel is known as the “Lioness of God”, (being the direct translation of the name Ariel, or Arael in Hebrew). One of Archangel Ariel’s roles is overseeing the kingdoms of nature. This angel can be called upon to help heal the natural world. This angel can also be a powerful guide for anyone working with the kingdoms of the natural world such as shamans and earth medicine healers. In this transmission Ariel works with Archangel Raphael to help heal the different kingdoms of Gaia in need of assistance. 

(To give you some background on this transmission. The night before recording I had a dream that I was to do a transmission for Gaia. The focus was clear but the detail was vague. During the day I received some downloads telling me the form the meditation would take. In the late afternoon we were was visited by an angel in our apartment. Amber, my partner, was the first to notice this energy. Amber told me the angel appeared to her as a gold and light turquoise blue light. The angel said her name was, “Ariel.” This was the final piece for the transmission. This transmission was recorded about 15 minutes after the visitation).

Archangel Ariel Transmission: Healing the Kingdoms of Gaia.

This meditation helps to transform the energy of a challenging/stressful situation into higher frequencies of light. Everything is energy. A thought is energy. An emotion is energy. Every challenging situation is an energy field locked in place for various reasons. This meditation seeks to unlock, release, soften and transform the energies that keep the challenging reality in place. Once the energy begins to shift there can be new movement and possibilities within the situation. Miracles can and do happen!

Before doing this meditation bring to mind a situation that is stressful or challenging. Not the most traumatic but one that is painful or constricting and still holds a significant charge. (Highly traumatic experiences such as the death of a loved one, physical violence or abuse that continue to cause high levels of toxic stress in the body need a different approach).

In this meditation the four archangels offer gifts for the issue/challenge in mind:
Raphael - Peace and Clarity and Grace for the mind. New insights in time.
Michael – Greater sense of power in this situation. A new sense of courage. A new sense of resolve. 
Gabriel - Compassion and grace for the heart. New feelings about this in time. 
Uriel - Groundedness and strength in the body. New paths of action in time.

Transforming a Situation Meditation: Shifting Your Reality Into a Higher Light.

A number of Starseeds on the planet have a connection with this benevolent group of high-dimensional beings. The Mantis beings are an extra-terrestrial race that have evolved into a higher dimension. They are here to assist some Starseeds in the ascension process. 

There are some Insectoid ET races that are not benevolent to humanity. This race is very benevolent and seek to be helpful. This race have features similar to the Praying Mantis, however, they stand upright and are around 9 feet tall. They mostly have a long, thin light-green torso and radiate a golden aura. Their energy is extremely wise and loving.

In this meditation we focus on the cycle of breath that is like the rhythm of the sea. The wave comes up the shore like the inbreath. There is the natural pause before the breath returns to the ocean. In this meditation we become aware of any contraction within the physical body, the emotional body and or auric field. Through connecting with the Ocean, which is our natural innate connection to Source Energy, we can release anything that no longer serves us back to the Universe. Prior to the fall in Grace during the end of the Lemurian civilisation humanity had a consciousness where there was a direct experience of the Goddess flowing in nature and from within. The world and all life were seen as sacred. After the fall of Lemuria and then with the fall of Atlantis this world plummeted in vibration to the low 3D dimension of separation consciousness. Now the world is ascending in vibration once more and the Goddess energy is returning. 

This meditation focuses on the stargate of our sun, long seen as a symbol of masculine energy the 3D Mutant Matrix. Although the sun holds both masculine and feminine aspects of the Divine, at this time of rebalancing we intentionally focus on various aspects of the Divine Feminine energy returning to this planet.

In this 3D Paradigm much is coming to the surface to be healed. One aspect is the various schisms and divides that have been created across the globe. One of the most insidious is racism and all its associated prejudices, judgements and toxic conversations and projections. 

Recent orchestrated events in the US have brought this issue to the surface to be witnessed and healed. This meditation is designed to create a healing wave for the USA and then the planet. 

The soul has no race, the soul has incarnated in many races and in bodies that we would not readily recognise. As we move through the ascension process many are recognising that they have lived many lifetimes and have experienced life through different eyes and mindsets. When we recognise our multidimensional nature, it becomes impossible to hold ‘negative’ judgements about other and difference.
