Balancing employee autonomy with a coherent and unified collective direction is a challenge which Carolyn addresses with a deft hand. Taking inspiration from the distributed information networks that ConsenSys builds services with, and drawing on some of the techniques of Holacracy, Carolyn is developing a system known internally as Meshocracy.
