Solid Steel (5th January) In Hour 1 we welcome Tee Mango, the alter ego of Millionhands head honcho Tom Mangan. Tee releases records on his own Millionhands imprint, as well as on AUS, Clone Royal Oak & Local Talk. His first album IMPERFECTIONS VOL. 1 - made several end of year lists in 2016 and a cracking remix of The Invisible ft Connan Mockasin followed. His follow up album is in the works with more samples and a host of live instrumentation, and even some vocals from Tee himself. He told us;
"This mix was recorded live on CDJs and a trusty old 1210 in one take. My goal was to make something that i could happily listen to in a few years and still enjoy. Selfish, but true :) I've included records that make me smile, as opposed to make me look cool. There's a few new things and a selection of old goodies in there too. The mixing is not faultless, but that's OK i think. Hope you like it."
