Greek DJ and producer Rise Black has had a good season settled in the south of Spain, during that time he has taken full advantage to establish himself as one of the artists to follow in the future.

In his DJ sets and productions, electro is the predominant genre, but you can also hear echoes of EBM, techno, dark-wave, and acid.  His vinyl sets have allowed him to adventure a good part of the Spanish geography, as well as some more recent Dutch rooms.

His productions have come to light on digital and vinyl, with releases on the Underground Music Xperience labels and legendary Moustache Records of producer/showman David Vunk. He has also spent time launching his networks towards the publishing world, co-directing several record labels such as NNY Records, UMX, and Another Perspective.

Argentinian producer Thissperso has been living in Barcelona for a good season while producing music that reflects what he experiences in his day to day life. His productions are harsh and violent, but they have a quality and energy that makes them contagious and addictive. This work, edited by NNY Records, compiles some old songs that have been revisited and remastered, which coexist with new compositions that continue to explore the most visceral and dark side of electronics; a taste that he shares with some other producers like Dim Deck or Sabotaje, who collaborate on a couple of songs.

This is the work of a producer who is not tied to any style and who enjoys watching dance floors fly through the air when one of his songs is played. Producers like Parris Smith have already been able to verify it in the first person with a couple of songs from this new EP in which we find Electro mixed with Industrial, EBM, Acid and a punk and nonconformist attitude that fits perfectly in the times that we have to do live and in a record label like ours.

Cross-border wiring in the studio for the new RFR release! Russia and Georgia share their musical conscience and deliver a fine split EP for cat. no. 16. RNBWS just recently caused a sensation with new tracks on RFR, and we already know Generali Minerali from his first release for RFR X. So now it’s about to time to melt their creative spirit into a collective EP on vinyl.

Generali Minerali and his army occupy the a-side. “Generation of Mars” is musical terraforming in its purest form. Minimally crafted electro, a shot of acid and well-placed melodic patterns are the main ingredients for a magnificent opener.

“Dry Water” sticks with the electro leitmotiv. Compared to the A1 we find a closer reference to the dance floor, meandering scanner sounds and a snare, that keeps slapping constantly. This is how we like it!

On the b-side RNBWS carry on where Generali Minerali and his troops had left the battlefield. “Galaxy” opens the doors to an interplanetary round dance, the place where mind and body join together in the sense of classic electro.

“Nothing but Hardcore” needs no further explanation. UK hardcore in its most beautiful garments, which is so characteristic for RNBWS’ tracks. Interwoven by electro elements, who get to the heart of this EP in terms of stringency.

Generali Minerali - Dry Water

The Latvian industrial music label STURM, operating as events series since 1995 and as a label since 2000, releasing industrial related music by Latvian artists presents a forthcoming album release by German/ Latvian minimal EBM/ electro-industrial band IRKLIS entitled "Onkalo".

IRKLIS have been recording music since the late 1980s and had released their previous albums in co-operation with Eric Van Wonterghem's Sleepless Berlin Records.


“Onkalo” is IRKLIS’ fourth album and it contains 11 new songs. The title is a Finnish word describing a hiding place, a small cave used by animals. This basically unencumbered name stands in stark contrast to the possible nuclear horror it hides today, because Onkalo is also the name for the first final repository for nuclear waste in history and it is in Finland. Extreme contrast and abuse of meaning is one central topic of the album Onkalo.

All songs will include a separate video by the aspiring Turkish artist Griang. The videos will be presented on IRKLIS’ youtube channel starting from February 2021.

The lyrics of the song “Into eternity” are from the documentary film of the same name by Mad Madsen, who follows the construction of the Onkalo waste repository, and they state a warning – “A hiding place for the fire to burn into eternity. Go no further.”

Today, we premiere the track 'Omen', a slow ebm track, with subtle industrial influences, developing in a retrospective soundscape. Drums like slow burning flames, in a blurry and hopeless urban field.
