Before having played in major cities like London, Vienna, and Berlin, where she resides today, @caniche_techno developed her penchant for hard but groovy Techno early on. 

Her sets fall on a continuum between tooly Hardgroove spiked with Tribal elements and Trap vocals to full-on Schranz. Her unique style is characterized by mesmerizing old school percussion and drums, which constitute the main element of her mixes. 

While still being a fairly young producer, her recent productions head in a similar direction, with a first release on Twice Infinity's sub label Groovecore United and many more to come. 

As co-founder and resident of Vienna’s Female DJ Network - PUSH, Caniche fiercely fights for more visibility and equal treatment of FLINTA artists in the harder Techno scene. 

The network structure aims to connect and be a source of new approaches, mutual support, and inspiration for like minded DJs across Europe. 

Core ambition of the group is to create a wider reach for FLINTA artists, a goal they currently achieve with a residency at Tresor’s reoccurring New Faces night as well as workshops and regular events throughout Vienna and Berlin.

As the second installment of the CONTINUUM 1991 - 1998 white label series, FUTURE9394 revisits the years of 1993 - 1994 when the great schism within the techno scene became evident. DJ’s focused on individual sub genres exclusively, while raves and club nights started to play single genres only. 

Deliberately disregarding this divide, FUTURE9394 presents a great stylistic diversity, ranging from the ultra-complex PSYKKOWARPZ, a rave-monster of a tune with a monumental break towards the end, to the distorted techno-stomper BTCHZ, reminiscent of the ghetto-house movement, with it’s use of a prominent vocal sample. 
On the B-side FUTURE9394 gives us COZMIKK - a bare boned spin on trance, guaranteed to hypnotize the crowd for 7 minutes, followed by OCTAV99, a totally overdosed noise-fest.

BTCHZ (303 Mix) (A2)

The very promising Parisian artist NTBR is offering raw industrial techno paired with 90's textures and EBM vibe. As active producer  his sounds are played quiet a lot around the techno scene. After playing in most of France recognizable clubs including the infamous Possession events, Rex Club and concrete, he more and more gets attention in Europe. 
In this powerful mix you can find a lot of his own, even unreleased, productions.

Very happy to have Berlin based and Szeneputzen resident VINYA stepping up for the Ismcast this week. He is quickly building a name for himself both in Berlin and across Europe with destructive releases on labels such as the Märked, Civil Unrest and Mütter. He brings a strong hard techno sound for his hour long contribution to the mix series.

We highly recommend checking out his recent addition to the Legion IX various artist compilation alongside close friend Rezystor which has already gathered a lot of positive attention.
