This is the first piece I've ever written, recorded, and produced by myself!  So excited to share.
Written when I was feeling very overworked and helpless and was trying to decide whether or not I should quit a job I'd been working at for the past three years.   Hooray for angst!

Tears Dry On Their Own(Cover)

This is one of two original compositions I wrote for TheaterOCU's production of "The Crucible!"  This is the piece that opened the show- in it, the girls of Salem go out into the forest to perform an unholy ritual.  As it progresses, the ritual becomes more chaotic and spirals out of control.  At the end, the Reverend stumbles upon them, the girls run away terrified, and the play proper begins!  I reference the old puritan hymn "There Is A Fountain Filled With Blood" throughout.

A piece I wrote about a vivid dream I once had about flight, an ancient abandoned city in the sky, and a valley of dark statues backlit by a blood-red sunset.  My first attempt at writing a piece for orchestra!  What an experience.

An original composition written for Mt. Eden Monarch Mirage show choir.  

The text is an excerpt from an ancient Egyptian poem - 'The Harper's Song' - and roughly translates to:
Rejoice your heart until your heart is overwhelmed.
It's good to follow your heart; you'll be alive.
Put myrrh upon your head,
your clothes of fine linen,
be you anointed with those marvels pertaining to God.
Make an amount of your joys until your heart grows weary,
follow your heart and what is good for you.
Do your affairs on Earth following your heart's commands.
