This is an EP I produced for and with Matt Wolpe.  Matt and I lived on the same floor of a bed bug infested Boston Apartment in 2006(ish).  Years later, after my stints in Nashville and New York, we were lucky enough to work together again in my vermin-free L.A. project studio, Dogwood.  During production, this record endured way too many losing lottery tickets, Seinfeld related tangents, Rather R. Dashing interludes, and a severe gas leak.

This is my 2014 EP, Context.  I wrote these songs between 2011 and 2013 after my move to Los Angeles.  I had help from Keith Karmen (bass on 1, 3, 4, & 5) Andrew Dixon (guitar on 1, 3, & 4), and Eric Johnson (bkg vox on 2).  Context was produced and engineered by me at Dogwood Studios, then mastered by Nicholas Young, Original Machine (Spark Gap Studio).

A throwback to the final action scene of Xtian Bretz' epic webisode series, Apocalypse DayZ.  Xtian did an amazing job making this a totally top notch production all the way around, and it was *really* fun to write the music for it.  Here's the full episode:
