As a Co-Founder of BLVSH a FLINTGA (Female, Lesbian, Inter, Non-binary, Trans, Genderqueer, and Agender people) only collective aiming to diversify the music industry through their podcast series, digital events, and workshops. Alongside she hosts the « Twisting Knobs » show on THF Radio where she is quickly establishing as a home for wonkier electronics and UK-influenced Sounds in Berlin.

There, a synergetic contrast exists between the brutality of industrial landscapes and the ecstasy of contemporary youth culture, which has come to define his sound. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut für Bass, Percussion und Musik (BPM) musste das Amt für Genrefragen in seinem Jahresbericht „Elektronische Musik und ihre Spielarten“ feststellen, dass eine Begradigung des Fluss @____lomo nicht als sinnvoll erachtet werden kann. Zum Schutz der Genrevielfalt sowie der Renaturierung unbebasster Flächen wird sogar empfohlen das Experimentierfeld im Rahmen einer dafür angelegten Veranstaltungsfläche zu erweitern. 

Weitere Auszüge aus dem o.g. Bericht: „Das vorgelegte DJ-Set (Anlage CountDown #22) schickt Hörer*innen im Schnelldurchlauf durch eine Klubnacht und macht maximal kleine Bremsversuche zum Luftholen. Enge Absprachen mit den Nachbar*innen oder konsequentes Ignorieren der Türklingel werden beim Hören auf Lautsprecheranlagen empfohlen. Vom Ausschalten des Subwoofers wird hingegen abgeraten. […] Inspiration findet LOMO im WorldWideWeb, auf dem Dancefloor sowie im DJ-Kollektiv @sokorave, in dem Sie ihre musikalische Heimat verortet (s. Anlage 64B „Ode an die SOKO_RAVE“). 

In cooperation with the Institute for Bass, Percussion and Music (BPM), the Office for Genre Issues had to conclude in its annual report "Electronic Music and its Varieties" that a straightening of the river @____lomo cannot be considered reasonable. In order to protect the diversity of genres as well as the renaturation of non-bass areas, it is even recommended to expand the experimental field within the framework of an event area created for this purpose. 
Further excerpts from the above-mentioned report: "The presented DJ set (attachment CountDown #22) sends listeners racing through a club night and makes at most small attempt at slowing down to catch their breath. Close agreements with the neighbors or consistent ignoring of the doorbell are recommended when listening on PA systems. However, turning off the subwoofer is not recommended. [...] LOMO finds inspiration in the WorldWideWeb, on the dancefloor as well due to being part of the DJ collective SOKO_RAVE, in which she calls her artistic home (see Appendix 64B "Ode to SOKO_RAVE").

"For this mix, I took a different approach than usual. Normally I try to focus mainly on having a consistent mix.  But the last months, I was thinking a lot about my journey since I started DJing. In this light the mix turned out to be an homage to all the people and encounters that have influenced my musical journey. So every one of the selected tracks has a story to tell. May it be the record store I bought the record in – some of them I consider my second home now – or the people I shared music with. That means the selection might not always fit a 100% to each other and usually I wouldn’t change genres so fast, but what I love about it is that I was able to transform a tiny part of all the influential moments and awesome people I am so grateful for having met along the way into a mix. Thanks for being a part and still being one <3 You know who you are!"

Through ever-changing rhythms and moments of letting loose, Carlos2 creates spaces of feel-good-camaraderie and musical portals to possible utopias. By breaking up repetitive monotonies and dichotomies of high- and low-brow culture with fun, she aims for moments of ecstasy. 
But foremost she is active in the DJ Duo Käthe&Haes who connected genuinely only after discovering their shared love for vinyl, house music and disco, while one night accidently ending up flowing through the city’s nightlife together.
As part donor of the queer-feminist WUT-Kollektiv, she also advocates for gender equality in the scene.
