Art of remix is a project I undertaken this year, focusing on bringing new life to iconic records from the 80s. Remixing, rearranging, and recomposing them according to concept. This round, I imagined David Bowie with three synth heads and a drum machine. Used the D-50, Ob-x, and moog grandmother synth, using custom presets, to back up Bowie, playing the original chords from 'Let's Dance': Bbm7 Bbm6 Bb4/7 and F#6 chords and extracting melodies with intervals of 7, 3 ,2, and 1 + utilizing Roland 727 drum machine to yield the outcome.
