this was my final project for guitar 1! i performed it in class but i thought it would sound way better with more instruments added in. i wanted to write a song about love, and about being in love, and how that feels - how a single person can mean so much. and i wanted to write about the things that we have to tell ourselves to forget those feelings, like, "it was just a phase." i know it's really sappy but i love stuff like that, so please listen to the whole thing! thank you!

Anyways this is about people who don't know how to express what they truly feel. I've seen this happen alot where two people are in a relationship and everything is going fine. Then one day the person is clearly losing interest, but instead of genuinely letting the significant other know that, they take the immature route. They'd delay the fact, act dry, or ultimately ghost them. What I want yall to get from this song is that if you're in a relationship that you really do not want to be in, don't be afraid to end it. Ignoring the truth is only going to hurt both people in the end.
