Constant Craving

I wrote this song many years ago when my grandma passed away. Several years back I found a program called "Band in a Box" and was able to create a backing track for it but I never recorded the vocals. Mt intent was not really a country feel for the guitar solo but its what I had to work with in the program and it still works.
Now seem an appropriate time to record the vocals as the song is to honor those who have passed away. I have sung this song at more funterals than I care to remember at this point but it is a song of hope and peace, not one of sorrow and I hope it gives people comfort.

For those who don't know me...
I am a vocalist for a dive bar lovin whiskey rock band called "Motogruv", a lyrical progressive metal band called "In Virtue" a European Fusion Folk group called "The Mor Rigan's Wake" and a folk group called "The Black Blackness String Band". I find that life to me is making music, learning about other cultures, religion and traveling to new places.

Schooling: I received a BA in Music from Sonoma State University (USA) in 2000 and graduated magna cum laude and I have a Masters in Music Performance from Kingston University (UK) and graduated in 2003 with commendation­. My initial plan was to teach music performance at a University however with the American economy being what it is I have worked as an internationa­l accounts liaison for a manufacturin­g company for the last fourteen years and perform on the side-go figure!

Music: Voice is my main instrument (styles: folk, jazz, opera, rock, musical theater) but I can also play mountain dulcimer, slentem and bonang, a little guitar, trumpet, some Irish whistle & basic piano.
