La Muerte Roja, adopting different approaches – improv, drone, noise, tonal – defines, ritualistically, in a high saturated media context – performance, installations and video installations - a sacred area of being. 

La Muerte Roja is an oxymoron. Death in life. And vice versa. And it means rebirth.

The Pnyx is a hill in central Athens. Beginning as early as 507 BC, the Athenians gathered on the Pnyx to host their popular assemblies, thus making the hill one of the most important sites in the creation of democracy. The ecclesia or ekklesia (Greek: ἐκκλησία) was the name of the principal assembly of the democracy of ancient Athens held on the Pnyx.

PNYX. is a radical improv sound performance. 

An open collective founded by Fabio Campagna and Sean Derrick Cooper Marquardt , in Berlin, 2016. A collective ritual which creates a space. A space of freedom and interaction. 

A gathering made by the dialogue of unexpected sounds unveiling the transcendent strength within humanity.

Der Klang der Freiheit.

Das Sound- und Video-Projekt "PNYX." verdankt seinen Namen einem Hügel bei Athen, auf dem im fünften und vierten Jahrhundert vor Christus die attischen Volksversammlungen stattfanden und der einer der bedeutendsten Geburtssorte der Demokratie ist. Ebenso wie die antiken Griechen wollen die Künstler von "PYNX." einen Raum der Freiheit schaffen, um untereinander ebenso wie mit dem Publikum in Kontakt zu treten. Im Zentrum steht dabei der Mensch, der durch seine begrenzte Existenz immer wieder über sich hinausweist, ins Göttliche ebenso wie ins Mitmenschliche.

Gegründet wurde das Projekt vom Amerikaner Sean Derrick Cooper Marquardt und dem Italiener Fabio Campagna, die bei ihren Auftritten von verschiedenen, stets wechselnden Musikern und Medienkünstlern unterstützt werden. Sean Derrick Cooper Marquardt stammt aus Chicago und lebt seit vielen Jahren in Berlin. Nach Anfängen im Punk und im Heavy Metal entwickelte er seine eigene Methode des zufälligen oder unwillkürlichen Gitarrenspiels. Fabio Campagna ist Kunsthistoriker, Kurator, bildender Künstler, Musiker und Komponist. Seine Projekte beschäftigen sich vor allem mit den Lebensweisen und Interaktionen in Großstädten. Seine Installationen und Performances sind dabei ortsspezifisch, d.h. sie thematisieren stets auch den Ort, an dem sie aufgeführt werden.

Muhhekunnetuk  was the name used by the Mahicans, the  Eastern Algonquian Native American tribe which lived near the Hudson River banks.
Muhhekunnetuk  means  the River That Flows Both Ways. 
A reference to its formal status as an estuary or fjord. A glacier-carved branch of the sea whose salt water tides all the way up to Troy.

CORPO 6 is a project by Fabio Campagna founded in 2012, Berlin, which focuses on the examination of the concept of LIMEN - border, threshold, in Latin -.

CORPO 6 is an art project by Fabio Campagna.

CORPO 6 focuses, through a series of crossing media and site specific international artists projects, on the examination of functioning of identity topics within the articulation of the city. Taken as a symbolical, political, cultural and sociological reference. An alive body of living contents.

CORPO 6 runs a series of performative projects where the music element plays its role in relation to the dynamic of the space and to the open physicality of the body.

CORPO 6 is a place of music research, visual art and design production.

CORPO 6, after 3 years (2012 -2014) in Herzbergstrasse 55, Lichtenberg – area objectified as an elementargedanken (A. Bastian)- the zone of transmutations – has been started a nomadic gnosis troughout Berlin:
Analyzing the dynamic of “LIMEN” as the point 0 where the antinomic pairs, that structured phenomenology the reality, manifest themselves as a incandescent mobile unity:
the society dissolves into sociality (Maffesoli); non organic fact identifies within the organic realm (Campagna); and the persona is possessed by the archetype (Jung).

An ongoing process that will adopt a cross media approach in outdoor public spaces and in a net of independent art-cultural centers of Berlin.

Operative base is CORPO 6 Haus located in Gohrener Strasse 8A, a private/public space in Prenzlauerberg, Berlin.

Fabio Campagna (Foggia, Italy, 1972) is a visual artist, composer, art historian, art critic and independent curator.
He lives and works between Hudson - New York, Rome and Berlin.

His projects aim to raise a discussion about the possibility of reacting critically to the urban environment by designing site-specific situations in collaboration with other artists and curators. Conceptual practice that interferes with his visual and musical, hieratic and dissonant, outputs. Where the archetypal configuration of his personal – cultural, political and symbolic– identity defines his semiotic research.

He has been working in Rome, Italy, as art project developer and curator with several contemporary art institutions, foundations, art galleries, theaters and independent cultural centers : Fondazione Adriano Olivetti, the British School at Rome, Accademia Tedesca Villa Massimo, Istituto Polacco, Accademia di Romania, Teatro Vascello, Teatro Arvalia, RialtoSatambrogio, ESC atelier, Hybrida gallery and Circolo degli Artisti.

CoFounder of LA54 berlin cultural association in Landsberger Allee 54. He has codirected 91mQ art project space gallery and temporary KHQ gallerie in Berlin. Currently Fabio Campagna owns and directs CORPO 6 GALERIE.

CORPO 6 GALERIE, an art project space located in HB55 Räume der Kunst, Herzbergstrasse 55, Lichtenberg, Berlin, has been founded in April 2012. It works as a cross-media, site-specific platform focused on the analysis and social identity in the urban periphery. The limen, “the other”, as a conceptual space of research. An organ of investigation and linguistic experimentation.
