Corrado Bucci is back on Rebirth after a long silcence. The young talented producer from Brescia, who recently released on important labels such as Compost Records, Wonderwheel Recordings, Local Talk and BBE Recordings, gives us a new EP that embraces unexplored sounds expressing his new sensations and emotions.
Corrado talks about his new work, inspired by his last trip to China back in 2019. "'Far East Tales' is an EP written with the heart. A set of tales from the Far East translated into music, a set of nuances, colours, scents, flavors and traditions of a land, for us Europeans very distant, that changed and renewed me. Ma'anshan represents for me a moment of transition, of awareness of my growth, the beginning of a new path. An infinite stairway allowed me to reach one of the temples where for the first time I experienced a sense of calm and stillness that I had never encountered before. The cries of the children outside the school, playing in the park, rang out with an incomprehensible language but so musical. Ma'anshan filled my heart and soul, made me feel at home. The Yushan Hu Lake can be reached with a walk from the city center, an oasis of peace and tranquility, bringing with it a set of contrasts, between incisive and ethereal sounds that allow the listener to immerse himself in the part while breathing the atmosphere. 
Shantaram means "man of Peace, bearer of Light", and so I was defined during my journey. A somewhat demanding name to bear, and with this EP I would like to convey a sense of peace and light."
The package is completed with 2 remixes. The Italian producer Madraas builds a strong rhythm pattern that runs like a train on the original melody of Ma'anshan for a sure impact on the dancefloor. Corrado Bucci himself takes Yushan Hu to another level, where the peaceful atmosphere collides with a punchy sound. A more underground flavor with a sprinkling of house/techno music.

The package is completed with 2 remixes. The first one is a remix of Ma'anshan by the Italian producer Madraas, who builds a strong rhythm pattern that runs like a train on the original melody for a sure impact on the dancefloor. The second remix is by Corrado Bucci himself. It takes Yushan Hu to another level, where an ethereal atmosphere collides with punchy sounds. A more underground flavor, a sprinkling of house/techno music.

DJ extraordinaire and production whizz Corrado Bucci becomes the latest star in the Local Talk and Compost Records galaxy. The hype is on and Corrado has already started gathering a reputation within the house music community with his symphonic sound. He is currently working with labels like Compost Records, Wonderwheel Recordings, Local Talk and BBE Recordings.

 

Corrado Bucci is a young talent born in 1988… a kid who started playing piano, keyboards and digital machines cultivating dreams of glory. With the single "23 Years Old" followed by the remix for the Japanese duo Bocca Grande, Corrado Bucci signed his debut on Rebirth Records in 2012, where he also now holds an A&R and scouting position.

 

His music has a melodic vein and fuses his signature symphonic sound with the afro-latin, jazz and funk culture vibe. He also explored new musical territories with the inclusion of live instruments and a groove out of the ordinary. In May 2013 Rebirth released the "Chewing Bubble" EP (licensed later to Defected Records) and in 2014 "Open Your Eyes", remixed by Andrès (Moodymann / Mahogani), gaining respect from DJs like Gilles Peterson, Rainer Trueby, Jimpster, Tensnake and Joey Negro to name just a few.
