Corrupt Data Transmission 1

A (currently unnamed) teaser for some new material I'm doing. Since I did an album for Antidiocese, focus is shifting back to Corrupt Data - hopefully ending in an album this winter. I'm taking a step more into lighter stuff for this one... I think I got out a lot of aggression with Antidiocese and now I want to try something a bit softer. Also, do expected vocoded vocals throughout. Maybe someday when I've fixed my voice, I'll drop the electronic enhancements, but for now, I'm definitely not ready for that.

I'm not feeling up to it. However, I still wanted to do a cover, so... I'm doing Lamb of God's "Laid to Rest", Corrupt Data style. Lol

So my next project is going to be called "Polymers and Steel" and will be the first to include vocals. I have lyrics written up. I'm just working on the music. Mainly posted this because my mix sounds a bit off to me, so I am looking for any advice I can get.

Preview - Polymers and Steel (Intro and Loop)

Using my copy of Cubase Artist 6.5, I string together some simple harsh electronic music in my spare time. Hope you like it! And do offer polite, constructive criticism where it seems needed. I do want to improve, vastly. My inspiration comes from Ayria, Die Form, Hocico, Funker Vogt, Suicide Commando, Grendel, Aesthetic Perfection, Unter Null, bands like those. And, though I often don't like to admit it, sometimes I quite like Kesha as well. I'm embarrassed, but, it's out there now! I would like to progress to a sort of darker, electronic pop/dance sort of thing someday when I have the skill.
