With "Heumaden," @lucamusto delivers a slow-paced yet vibrant homage to his musical roots: downtempo groove structures, melodic analog elements and subtle hip-hop influences combine to create a track that hovers between club and cinematic.

What a time! What a weekend! What a festival! If you were there, you know what I’m talking about. Shipwrecked Festival this year was truly something else!

The weekend was buzzing from start to end. It was a true privilege to kickstart kickstart Sunday’s journey on what was an incredible lineup.

Thank you to everyone on the dance floor for your open hearts, and to all the amazing humans who made the festival so special.

Massive thanks as well to Logan Baker for trusting me with this slot, and for bringing such a talented and inspiring community of creatives together.

@Pawas explores contrast and connection on Balance, a two-track EP that highlights his versatility as a producer. “BAYA,” created in Goa with Japanese artist Noriko Shakti, fuses analog synths, tabla, and vocals into a rich blend of dub, house, Detroit, and electronica. “DAYA,” made solo at home in Berlin, is a stripped-down, lo-fi reflection of recent personal transitions. Together, the tracks showcase two distinct energies—brought into harmony through Pawas’ thoughtful, textured sound.

Summer is slowly but surely coming to an end and the nights are getting longer again. What could be more fitting than an EP called Night Shades? Responsible for this is Berlin artist Jiggler, one half of former Bar 25 favourite Channel X. He has been causing a stir with his solo project for many years, including releases on Stil vor Talent and Katermukke. The first track, Night Shades, which shares its name with the EP, captivates with its driving groove and wonderfully dreamy yet uplifting lead synth. With the second original, Voyager, the journey through the night continues seamlessly, albeit in a more rousing and darker way. Jiggler is supported by a total of three artists with their own interpretations of the originals: Richard Elcox, the Scottish Berliner by choice, who was already playing around with his brother's Korg MS-20 at the age of 11 and the well-known Matija and Contenance here in Zurich. The former has been part of the local scene for over three decades, the latter is well on his way to emulating Matija.

This gig was really special for me and I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt that nervous and excited at the same time. But the excitement was worth it, and I truly enjoyed those 2 hours on Monday morning at Creatures Corner.
