music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes,
Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic
Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Outside traditional paths
these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and
places never been before.
Thoth is one of the ancient Egyptian deities. In art he was often depicted as a man with the head
of an ibis or a baboon, animals sacred to him. His feminine counterpart was Seshat and his wife
was Ma’at. Thoth’s chief temple was located in the city of Hermes. Thoth maintaining the
universe and being one of the two deities who stood on either side of Ra’s solar barge. In later
history of ancient Egypt he was heavily associated with the arts of magic, the system of writing,
the development of science and the judgment of the dead. Her name became associated with the
lavish jars in which Egyptians stored their ointment used as perfume, she’s also depicted as the
goddess of protection against contagious diseases and evil spirits.

Boubouteq walks the desert by night, guided by the star blossomed sky. The cool of the sand under his sandals comforts him and soothes his mind. Boubouteq dwells in the jungle by day, speaking with mother earth in ancient, mute tongues. The moisture of flora and the noises of fauna guide him to bizarre tribalistic rituals. Boubouteq is the second Adam, searching for the forgotten paradises of the reborn Sun.

This is Atemporal, a timeless sound journey through undiscovered cultures. Complex drum rhythms, touching melodies and characteristic bass lines take you into the world of KRAUT. The basic elements of the tracks were born in 2017. After four strong releases, KRAUT went back to the original sounds of his Especias EP (Shika Shika, 2016).  

From that moment on, the ideas were moving and flowing, just like the rhythm of life works. Inspired by music from Central Africa, Nigeria, Ivory Coast , it evolved into a robust four track EP. KRAUT composed a sound bouquet full of warm kalimba flavours, driving djembe’s blended with punchy kicks and hypnotizing synthesizers. All of those various elements provide tantalizing dynamics, while bringing a down tempo club vibe for home listeners.  

For the track "Luna Nueva" KRAUT worked together with Israel based percussionist Nadav Dagon. The artwork is made by Portuguese based artist, Agatha Barbosa.
