This Ecstatic Dance journey was recorded for Ecstatic Dance Esposende on Saturday 2nd of September 2023, Portugal. In this afternoon, the full program was composed of holotropic breathing, cacao ceremony, meditation, Ecstatic Dance and kirtan. Like a book telling a story, this journey called "A Minha Esposende" is composed of 4 parts/chapters:


- Part 1 (from 00:00) : "The Shamanic Dance"
- Part 2 (from 23:07): "Sweet Thoughts"
- Part 3 (from 52:59): "Kundalini Spirits"
- Part 4 (from 01:21:41): "God Blessings"

Tolga Maktay is the rising sun after the dark end of a sleepless night. This is his first offering for Shango Records. These two tracks can give you light and good feelings.
