All good things come in threes! As you maybe know 2018, we started our "Jungbrunnen" as a platform for talented newcomers. Then "PANTA RHEI" was launched as a cast for deep genuine organic & experimental sounds. "MUY APRECIADO" series present you a couple of mixtapes in a kind of "mach mal langsam" style made by our friends & colleagues exclusive for us...

@marlonlooney is a friend of the family since a long time. After he has shared the stage with the crew members such @claus-fussek, @bianco-dj and  Eddy Hernández aka @deep-global at  ★Kabinett der Kuriositäten★, Wilde Möhre and Mensch Meier in real, we are so happy to host his exiting blend of excellent grooves here virtually. Mousikē 83 | "Discomoza" by Concentio

Throwing back to Sat morning at the Place of Dreams on the edge of the Karoo desert, March 2021, where I was tasked with easing everyone into the day at the campsite. I originally played 2.5h, but only had the last hour recorded. However I wanted to share the full set so I re-recorded it from the playlist this weekend, added in a few newly released tunes and this was the result! It's not often I get the opportunity to play this slow and I got a bit carried away with the new recording and it ended up being 4h30.  ● This full moon brings out a lot of change, forward movement, and momentum. All the intense energy guarantees a powerful day ahead. This week we can take a deeper look at what ways we can come together in unity within ourselves and others. ❤ 
 ● With all this said, the sun counts its last beams and slowly we move into the longer and darker hours of our everyday life, for the smoothest transaction into the dark from the light we happily welcome into our family & present you a story from an extremely talented and just incredible young man:  Malü ,   Whose productions can transmit you into the deep and yet unknown adventures... and the mixes:  you'll know it yourself very soon :)  
 ● This tape was recorded on September 3rd at the Bummelzug festival @ the cellar stage. You'll find lots of released and unreleased gems in it to purify your body and soul. 
 ● Malü in his musical tale perfectly expresses all the feelings and emotions one can receive while dancing the barefoot dance, under the sunshine, covered in flowers, feathers & rainbows, surrounded by endless smiles from the beautiful people.   ☮ ✿

The perfect Sunday antidote: A Voyage of Spirits by Funky Chap.

Funky Chap, hailing from Lausanne in Switzerland, recorded this set in his little flat overlooking Lac Léman with the snowy mountains on the other side appearing slowly through the clouds whilst the sunshine caused an orange tinge on the clouds.  

With his musical world filled with groove and unexpectedness, Funky Chap’s idea behind this set was to do something different, putting unpredictable pieces of music together, with a hope of bringing about a few smiles and some music that the listeners haven’t heard before.

heuer präsentieren wir euch mal wieder einen speziellen »freunde für freunde mix« und wie soll es nach 4 jahren und 4 monaten auch anders sein, als dass er vom @seaside trip käpt’n kommt:

.... genau, er hat die zeitreise gewagt, er hat den gezeiten getrotzt, segel in stürmen verschlissen und nerven auf sandbänken gelassen, nur um uns nach all den jahren immer noch mit seiner musik zu erfreuen. sich noch immer selbst bezeichnend als »kind der ostsee«, unterwegs in vieler städte häfen, ein musikalischer wegbegleiter, schippert er die wellen quer und kreuzt ab und an die heimathä….äh mixserien-gefilde. so macht er am rostocker hafen längsseits fest und hängt seine wimpel und flagge in den heimatlichen ost-west wind. so sitzt er da, der alte bärtige mann, pafft sein pfeifchen und klönt mit jeder und jedem über die zeiten von … und … und weiß sein seemannsgarn zu spinnen. das webt er immer noch wunderbar in klangteppiche, mit welchen wir mal dahin treiben oder abtauchen, ohne je zu versinken. mit seinem mix für uns knüpft er an den ersten teil (the language of the depth bei akasha mexico erschienen) seiner neuen serie »the sunken sea« an und lässt uns 2 stunden an seinen geborgenen geheimnissen der tiefe teilhaben. »the sunken sea pt.2 -  the depth holds the secrets« ist ein weiterer konzept-mix, bei welchem mal wieder auf überraschende wie wundervolle art & weise klar wird: rolandson war, ist und bleibt einer der geschichtenerzähler, welcher keine angst hat unsere wahrnehmungen immer wieder auf’s neue in frage zu stellen und selbige zu erweitern. mit einer ultraleicht anmutenden feinfühligkeit fädeln sich trippige tracks und verborgene klang-juwelen hintereinander auf und verweben sich letztendlich mit ungehörten geräuschen, melodien und liedern zu einem klangteppich, der geheimnisse birgt aber auch frei gibt.
