This is a showcase mix of STEVE OOOD’s psytrance productions under various guises and collaborations. Steve is a founder member of the band OOOD (Iboga Records, Phantasm Records, J00f etc.). He has two solo projects at the moment- 'Banyan' ( Up Records & Phantasm Records) and 'Steve OOOD' (Phantasm Records). He is one half of 'The Weavers' with Cylon (Phantasm Records) and one half of 'Banyatti' with Psydwards ( Sofa Beats & Phantasm Techno). He has co-written/produced some of Psytrance / Goa Trance classic tracks back in the 1990's, as part of 'Rotatum' (Matsuri Records) 'Unconscious Collective' (Flying Rhino Records) and 'Pharmarama' (Wider Recordings) and has contributed to many more. He has always had a mission to create dance floor ecstasy by producing truly trance inducing music that is aimed solely at uplifting the spirit and inspiring compassionate consciousness.

“Loop of You” is a melodic indie dance track shaped by darkwave textures, slow-burning electronic grooves, and a powerful lead vocal performance. The song captures the feeling of being emotionally stuck in a memory loop—where the boundaries between past and present blur into one haunting space.

A cinematic four-on-the-floor rhythm drives the track forward, while analog synths, tremolo guitar, and ambient pads build a hypnotic soundscape. The vocals—warm, soulful, and chest-driven—lead the emotional arc with striking presence, channeling strength and vulnerability in equal measure.

Lyrically, “Loop of You” explores the mental echo of someone who’s gone, but not forgotten. A mirror that never stops reflecting. A door that never really closes. An endless hallway of memory and longing.

The production intentionally holds back at times, giving the vocal room to breathe. Every chorus hits with clarity—not with loudness, but with focus.

Ideal for late-night drives, headphones, or introspective dance floors.
