This album was created for a fundraiser for the Sierra Club - Georgia Chapter put on with the help of the Volta Laboratory Social Club. The event was called Waves in the Woods and took place on 9/20 at Sweetwater Creek State Park. The album acted as the soundtrack to a nature hike through the park. We all gathered at the park and then were able to sync the beginning of our playlist so that we were able to share a simultaneous immersive listening experience while exploring the park.

Each track was a brand new piece of music written specifically for the event and was created with the knowledge that the listener would be wearing headphones and walking in nature. It is encouraged that this playlist be experienced outdoors- on your own nature walk. Please post your own Waves in the Woods experience using #wavesinthewoods.
