Our newest story comes from Augenstein, a very talented producer and DJ from Halle Germany. He has caught our attention with his latest EP on renowned label Random Collective wich came out early this year. His music is a mixture of spacey, downpitched sounds, melodic and organic ingridients, all held together with deep and seductive basslines. Para curarnos, hay que mirar muy dentro de nosotros, explorar nuestro ser, lo bueno, lo malo y todo lo que nos hace humanos. Precisamente de la introspección antropológica, no solo del ser individual, sino de la raza latinoamericana, es que nace Xaman, el curandero que nos habla a través de su música y que busca revalorizar la cultura rica y diversa de nuestro entorno para alcanzar el trance espiritual capaz de elevar el alma a su más puro estado de conciencia.

Carlos garcía es el fundador de este proyecto dedicado a transmitir y rescatar diferentes facetas de la música sudamericana incluyendo cánticos de civilizaciones antiguas, instrumentos prehispánicos y sonidos atmosféricos.

Xaman es un proyecto que, si bien puede considerarse underground, es aún más underground de lo underground porque no sólo se mantiene al margen de lo comercial en nuestros tiempos, sino que también tiene una finalidad que se retroalimenta de su propio origen. Xaman sana pero también busca respuestas.

The rāga saga is a series that acts as a cultural collectiva of our favourite artists from all over, each raga is an array of melodic structures with musical motifs, considered in the Indian tradition to have the ability to "colour the mind" and affect the emotions of the audience and this journey (raga) and this rāga comes from @aka_tony
Music lover and podcaster. I like to play soulful stuff somewhere between downtempo, slow house and slow techno. Mixed with disco appeal and 80´s attitude.
Besides what I do as aka-tony, I run my own podcast series aka-tapes and curate the I am Boho podcasts for Planet Ibiza from Spain. Last but not least, I also play a regular slot at radio GDS.FM from Zurich.

This mix is dedicated to KARIM MOLYNEUX-BERRY. He is no longer able to do his beloved job, because of a few incorrigible racists and a club management that did not want to take action against racism.

Winter-Wind

Tagelang waren wir eingeschneit und förmlich von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten. Immer noch sind die Straßen mit Schnee bedeckt, flankiert von weißglänzenden 
Kristallbergen. Doch endlich hat die Sonne   ihren Weg zu uns gefunden. Der Winter-Wind hat gedreht und die Welt atmet auf. Nun kann die winterliche Landschaft voll und ganz ausgekostet werden. Schlitten werden ausgepackt und jung und alt braust enthusiastisch durch den Schnee. Während der Winter-Wind mit seinem eiskalten Atem in die geröteten Gesichter bläst. 

Apaj ist leidenschaftlicher Musikproduzent. Seine Schaffenskraft investiert er vorzüglich in die Produktion von Downtempo & Organic House. In der Vergangenheit prämierten wir bereits zwei seiner Werke auf unserem Channel. Nun hat Apaj auch einen Podcast für uns gestaltet und aufgenommen. An diesem Vizefreitag gibt es den optimalen Soundtrack zum Tauwetter und allgemeinen Aufbruchsstimmung.
