Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

The Huli are believed to have laid down roots in Papua New Guinea as far back as 45,000 years ago. Most of the Huli people are from the town of Tari, and many still live according to the traditional ways. “The Huli men are famous for their unique custom of creating and wearing impressive wigs decorated with feathers. They also wear bright facial paint in red, yellow and white — colors originally chosen to strike fear into their enemy in times of conflict. Nowadays, they usually wear them to sing and dance.”. The so-called Wigmen make their wigs out of their own hair and weave them with feathers from the island’s 700 bird species. Each feather carries its own symbolic meaning (such as strength and courage). “The forest in which we live is essential to us. It provides for all our needs, it is sacred, and I would do anything in my power to protect it,” writes Mundiya Kepanga, a 53-year-old Huli Wigman, “I hope that by helping people to better understand my culture, they will also respect our environment.”                                                                                                                    This is the new Shango Records compilation entitled “A Wigmen Town Called Tari”. Dear friends, we are delighted to present to  you our very first compilation: 'Mtsvane’ in Georgia language means Green, the color Green carries the vibration of growth, harmony, new beginnings, health, renewal, harmony, hope, peace, and environment.  Exactly one year ago we started our new year with lots of positive intentions, unstoppable musical rituals, love, endless dances, and hugs.  At that time we couldn’t possibly imagine any of the outcomes we all are dealing with right now.  An idea we are about to share with you has always been there.  We have been circling around it, and 2020 made it all more clear it was time for action.  It was time to dedicate ourselves to something bigger than all of us, and we choose to do so with what we love. 
With this movement, we’d like to spread the word into our community that we all are capable of doing more, with what we love. We believe that the only way to say thanks to our Mother Earth, who suffers so much especially last period, who has provided us home for free, trees to lay under, sunshine above us, oceans to swim in, and the moon to guide us at night; is to leave something after us. 
We will transfer all the revenue for global reforestation. 
We have teamed up with  a non-profit organization,
 ‘’One tree planted’’. 
 After collecting the revenue for the planting season,  everyone involved in this project will choose a region and every dollar will plant a tree.

What is state of mind? 
When we try to respond to this question, the answer may at first seem easy. Is it?

We fail to put our finger on a clear definition of the state of mind, we sometimes get around this failure, using a simple trick we call "adjectives": words that designate an attribute of a noun.

By following this trick, a state of mind can be described as "relaxed", "loving", "inattentive", etc... This is a trick that gives us the possibiltiy to come up with infinite eidetic variations, without ever getting to the core of all the complexity of the phenomenon.

Sometimes, we try to describe it as the similarities that we share with eachother, like an umbrella, a concept of life, an ideal. 
Although one's state of mind might be called "equal" to that of another's, when both express similar interests or ways of approaching things, it is, deep down, as personal as it can be. The other is always, to some extent, alien.

Still, when we are lost for words, the music begins.
