Kleintierschaukel’s first release on Akumandra presents an unstable proximity to the archaic, with equatorial acoustics that modulate between organic and synthetic states. Drum'N'Feels is about the re-enchantment of culturally heavy sampling - an acknowledgment to an indigenous sound that warps the perception of home and away.

The first track, Long Time Ago, utilizes sporadic square waves as the engine and embellishes with a series of sensory sound cyclones.

Crazy Dayz is an auditory story telling of an event horizon that is never fully approached. Arbitrary vocals and low swells allude to the dynamic haze of nighttime euphoria.

The syncopated guitar strum provides an omnipresent reality to Kidz of Tibet - a deconstruction of a desolate, desert melody to form a vacant audio-synthesis.

Buffi and the Dolphins, the final track of the EP, is a full-bodied submersion into subterranean liquid percussion. The splurge on cavernous sampling builds the frequency layers needed for this multi-textural sound.

[PREMIERE] > Vincent Gericke - Reminiscence (Beyhude Remix) [down.]

A weekend adventure in the north Seattle neighborhood of Green Lake with Lucy to create a dj mix. Disconnected from reality he was stalled by an endless loop. The layers! The layers! Oh the layers! A new journey was discovered...To recreate the loop he obsessed over so relentlessly. Together with Lucy and his trusty melodica, Moog Synthesizer, Juno 106 and handful of bottle caps his voyage began. The loop was all he thought about. With every added accompaniment the composition became more elaborate and more complex...but alas! Sections were missing! He called on his new friend Paul Gafni to record guitar. His style was a solid fit. The final bit was a voice, but who could be my voice? The best choice was Louise Matoso. Her velvety melodious voice would be perfect! Soon the loop was becoming a song and the journey was coming to an end. The only objective left was to find a home for the track. A big hug from Lucy gave him a great idea.

Our friend Fernando aka @Kvoox from @plurpurarecords gave this track a long, deep hug in his own special way and the result is this beautiful remix.
