I wrote this song five years ago and it somehow got lost between all my audio files. 
Just found it and wanted to share it as a reminder to always tell people how you feel about them, always let them know that you care and that they are needed and loved. This is so important! Stay safe!

Hey everyone, 
I hope y'all doing fine.
This is a little snippet of the song called FOCUS that I am currently writing on.

It is basically about living in our heads, about anxiety while being around other people, about worrying what they could think of you or having negative thoughts and worries and sometimes, we just want to turn off our brain to actually experience the moment and focus on what is important, but this often is easier said than done, especially when you are suffering from anxiety or another mental illness and you feel like you have no control over your thoughts and feelings. 

I just want to raise awareness on the fact that unfortunately a lot of people are stuffering from anxiety and it affects their daily life and I wish we would talk about it more often so people would feel comfortable with expressing and sharing how they feel and what they think and it would make them feel understood and less like "prisoners to their own thoughts" or like they are bothering the people around them who tell them to "just think positive" or "just stop worrying". it is easier said than done and you are doing great and your feelings are valid. 

and this is an issue, because of course, positive thinking helps a lot or meditation or deep breathing or other techniques to calm yourself down. 

but people need to understand that it also has something to do with chemical processes in our brains and how our brains are rewired! your brain works differently when you are suffering from a depression ,for example. 

i could go on and on with this topic and even if i am not an expert, 

i just want to point out that it is none of your fault that these thoughts come up and you shouldn't feel like a burden when you are talking about it. 
it is important! 

and I just want to tell you, you are not alone, you are unbelievably strong and you are not your thoughts!!!

I finally feel like I am ready to share my own music with the world, I don't want to hold it back any longer, I feel like I have a lot to say and now I have built up enough strength and courage to raise my voice.
I finally want to be seen for the person that I am, I don't wanna hide parts of myself or deny them anymore.
