This is the same set as the Graveyards Shift on Flucamin. Simply due to some friends who believe this should be under the genre progressive. 

I don't agree, but genres are not interesting, it's the music and emotion that counts... So hope you enjoy, and is so please like and repost.

Inferno # 4

Believe

Music is emotion and great music touches your emotional senses and heart. Great music can be found throughout the entire music scene in all genres. The same applies for house music, whether it’s within my personal preference is subjective and therefore not valid as an argument for great music. As a DJ I bring my emotion and energy in my set to tell the story I wish to express. To give my emotion, energy & heart to the crowd I believe the story is best told within a certain musical spectrum as much as possible. Surely not bound or confined to play only the same kind of tracks, but complementary to the energy and vibe of other tracks within that emotional story I tell.


Alter Ego
Due to my believe and my broad musical preference I decided to create two Alter Ego’s. One of them is Flucamin. His preference is more friendly with nice rhythms, melodies and vibes which you often hear when the sun sets or as a warm-up for the wonderful evening ahead. 
My other Alter Ego, is Count Wlad. His preference is more techno and floor filler based often with more epic melodies or dark minimalistic tracks. Tracks for the dark underground club (Inferno) or for the peak hours of a bigger venue (Purgatory). 

Inferno is the dark minimal/tech/progressive side of his musical preference from Artists such as Senses of Mind, Soul Button, Wo-Core, Earthlife, Gaga, Fideless and many others in that spectrum. It’s the sound that can be found in the dark underground clubs where people are in search of a mood and good musical story. 

Purgatory is the other spectrum which can best be described as the peak time moments in the big clubs where the dancefloor is filled with an enthusiastic crowd that lives in the moment that drives them to even higher places. Just taking them one step further then ever before. Musical peak with Artists like Juan Sapia, Miss Monique, Artbat, Stan Kolev, Olivier Giacomotto, D-formation and more.


Bio
Started DJ-ing in the pre digital age of electronic dance music, played at several clubs, events and had a residency at a club In Delft NL. I played with a variety of DJ’s who has changed the dance scene over the years to come. In the era where underground became mainstream and vinyl became CD's the love of the music left me. My musical preference was nearly unavailable due to the vast quantity of ordinary mainstream music and therefore turned my back to the dance scene.

Never expected to get in touch with the magic again I was blown away when a friend re-introduced me to the evolved dance scene At that moment the love for the scene back and stronger then ever before. Enjoying the musical emotions young new artist nowadays create, This is the musical preference that was unavailable 2 decades ago. it wasn’t long before I jumped back in the scene and picked up my DJ skills and embraced this new digital era full of possibilities and renewed love for the music. Now incorporating my knowledge of the past and the limitations of vinyl into the enormous possibilities, freedom and emotions that are spread throughout the scene today.
