 Bit of a sonic journey through psychedelic techno infused with my own live vocals creating a somewhat ethereal atmospheric ushered sense of only just being held together with the driving force of slower steady pulsating beats.

New Doors

Children used to draw it without knowing—spirals, stars, the way rivers bend without reason. Elders would smile, not because they understood, but because they remembered that understanding isn’t the point. It's the waiting with open hands, the stillness with open heart.

Even now, in the noise of blinking screens and humming wires, some carry it—buried but breathing. The sense that what lies ahead is not new, only unfamiliar. That what unfolds has already been folded into us, stitched with threads too fine to see, but felt in the bones.

Built this one over a couple late nights — heavily inspired by that raw, hypnotic energy of early Detroit and Chicago. Think dusty drum machines, tape-warped vocals, 909 hats riding tight, and a few subtle nods to the dubby side of techno.

Used a mix of analog-style synths, gritty samples, and orchestral textures to layer some warmth and movement — everything processed through a chain of carefully chosen gear to keep it punchy but not polished. There's a bit of call-and-response in the bass, a vocal that loops like it's coming off a cassette, and some rolling percussion to keep it pushing forward.

Definitely a track that evolved with each session. Hope you feel it the way I do.
