Count Basic Live

Bei einer der frühen Count Basic Tourneen haben wir am 11. November 1994 Station in der Wiener Arena gemacht und ein Doppelkonzert mit der britishen Band Corduroy gespielt. Damals noch mit Tommy Böröcz an den Drums und die BVs klingen, als hätte sie die Band selbst singen müssen :)

Lets go back in time: "Sweet Luis" was the opening Song in the 1996 "Moving in the right direction" Tour. This recording is dated April 16th, 1996 and was recorded @ the legendary Conrad Sohm Club in Dornbirn where we always had a great audience and a great time with our friend Hannes Rothmeyer (e.g. playing nothing but Prince Songs from after the show til breakfast time). A live version of this song however was never released. So enjoy Dieter Kolbeck searching for the right solo sound :)

Sweet Luis (Live @ Conrad Sohm 16. April 1996)

This Defunkt original "Happy" featuring the incredible Kelli Sae on vocals has always been one of the most energetic parts of the Count Basic Live show. This recording is from the "Moving in the right direction" Tour 1996 and features a huge solo by the unforgetable Bumi Fian on trumpet. Truly makes you happy! Take it as a tribute to Bumi RIP.
