I started this track when my mom died. Every day I worked on it my dog Looch would sing it to me. The vocals are him and I finished the track right before I lost him too. He howled it with his last breaths and now I think it's time for you guys to hear it. Also technical release date is 9/25 Happy Birthday Momma Bear! <3 0=)

Nirodha is also the third of the Four Noble Truths of Buddhism, referring mainly to the cessation of suffering and that one can attain the cessation of suffering. Buddhists believe that suffering is caused by attachment, craving and ignorance; once these causes are understood and eliminated, the suffering is removed and the state of nirvana is reached. The controlled mind should not be confused with suppressed thoughts. The thoughts and emotions stay, but, with deep meditation, the mind becomes still and one-pointed. This mastery of deep stillness is called nirodha.

This track means so much to me because I worked on it with my dad. He’s my best friend and biggest fan so since all my tracks have little recognizable sounds (from people that know me) it’s only fitting to have dad on the sax sample. 
This is also the first track me and Carolyn worked on together. I played it for her and when she started singing I instantly knew. I stopped her, asked if I could record, and we’ve been doing the damn thang since.
