Chris Mindel and Rosebud are absolutely delighted for their first official release, “I Should Be Driving” in the Los Angeles underground music scene. Chris first approached Rosebud with the tune, and handed over the creative control of the lyrics having only shared the working title of the track. The creative trust they share in one another is the foundation of the beautiful music they produce together.

“I Should Be Driving” sounds simple, but which angle are you looking at it? Chris may have had other obligations elsewhere in life and should have been driving, but chose music, Or could it be that Rosebud is looking for the meaning driving around town, but where to find it? Maybe it’s the beat, where will it take us?

With more releases just on the horizon, the sky's the limit for what these two talented and hungry music makers can achieve. As they embark on this collaborative musical journey, it is fitting that “I Should Be Driving” is their first release: Another interpretation could be that they are both at the point of their careers where they realize that they should be in the driver's seat.
