Studio Malo was born in the South of Germany and started digging into music as a twelve-year-old: Punk, hardcore, techno, drum’n’bass, reggae, hip hop, soul, funk, disco, italo disco, 80s, 90s – there is no genre which isn’t worth to be examined and mixed with other. Still crossing musical boundaries, but mainly focusing on any kind of disco, Studio Malo today lives in Stuttgart and is deeply connected to the local italo disco scene. Together with DJ @francoisfantasy he is one half of Discoteca Synthetica DJ and party team instagram.com/discotecasynthetica

Studio Malo plays mostly vinyl and released mixes for @bordelloaparigi, @italo_moderni, @the-dream-chimney, @welcometorimini and many more.

Glitterbox Radio Show 217 The House Of Donna Summer

A wind of revolution is blowing through the underground music scene. Mystery Kid definitely doesn't fit into any box. The two-faceted DJ and producer keeps pushing the BPMs of Dark Disco, navigating between muscular Italo, Rock-tinged EBM and percussive break kicks. 

After scouring the major regional events of 2023, such as the Made Festival (Rennes) and Astropolis (Brest), Mystery Kid quickly set out to conquer Paris, performing at We Love Green and Madame Loyal festivals, the famous Badaboum club, the iconic Sacré and landing a residency at Rinse Fm.

Always eager to share, she now has her own show at Disco Suicide (Berlin) and is a member of the Radio Vacarme club (Brussels). Follow this little alien and enter in her dual dark universe on synth waves!

Each set is a journey through shadowy alleys of deep, unforgettable beats, where she teases and taunts with playful transitions.

Tbilisi’s nocturnal pulse has hardwired itself into Elene's veins. Growing up in the chaos of the city's clubs and clandestine parties, she's learned to thrive on the edge, to dance with danger. Her sets aren’t just music—they're a rebellion, a siren call to the wild at heart.

...And just when you think you’ve figured her out, when you’re lost in the rhythm, she hits you with a track so unexpected, so haunting, you realise you never really knew her at all. Because Elene isn’t just playing music—she’s orchestrating your descent into the unknown.

PREMIERE - Walentin Pauer - Maat Mons (From Beyond remix)(Nein Records)

Betty is a night owl. She started to work in the night life at the end of the 80's until 2005 in the trendiest clubs and bars of Lyon, where she lives, such as La Centrale, as a barmaid or party organizer, then at l'Exit, a famous techno bar she managed, but also for the mythical parties I love Boys, Enjoy and Wake Up.

In 1995, she went behind the decks and started mixing on vinyl.
Now, even after leaving the night life, she continues to deliver us club-oriented dance mixes tinged with Indie Dance and Dark Disco, while adding some New Wave. Her inspiration comes from bands such as Depeche Mode and The Cure, which she particularly likes.

In 2022, she decided to move towards production. She’s in fact half of the duo Nouveau Futur who released some tracks on Mélopée Records, Crave Tapes and Espacio Cielo. She’s currently preparing her next solo release and we were lucky to hear the first demo already. It sounds magnifique - just like our guest mix no. 65!

Week after week, we invite a guest, a luminary of the electronic music realm, to share their melodies and tales. These auditory odysseys become the score for our uncharted lives.

Amidst a world veering from its familiar course, we embrace it. We dance to a new rhythm, a reminder that even in a world turned strange and unrecognisable, our connection to the Earth and one another is a tether to acceptance. Life, it seemed, had taken a different path, and we, in the harmonious discord of Counterterraism, found an unconventional beauty.
